Bryan took his glass and drank from it, the burning taste of the hard liquor flowed down his throat and he sighed deeply. He was at Raymond Street, at the bar at the far end of the street.
He had come back to Raymond Street to stay here for a while since he had spent the last few days in the hotel and he needed to rotate. He was also about to get a new house in the eastern part of the city and it was a good place, all he had left was to pay the rent.
He took another sip of his drink and looked at his phone; he had been texting Maria earlier. Normally he would've gone to Rose Street to play the game at the Friendly Café together with Maria but he decided against it since Maria wouldn't be there and also because the place could be closed around 9p.m. or so.
