I was on my way to cla-"aHck!" I was thrown at a locker but as I looked to see who I felt pain and adrenaline rush to my head. For a few minutes everything was blurry and spinning, the last thing I saw before blacking out was my step sisters face. Her mouth was moving as if she was speaking. The next thing I saw was the ceiling of the infirmary. I was laying on the cot and sat up. I looked to my left, and there he was. Leon was sitting on the window cell, his tired eyes gazing at the school yard. This is the very first time I've had a good look at his face. My step sister would always beat the fuck out of me if I dared to make eye contact or socialize with anyone. I got lost in his blood red eyes, they seem to always grab my attention. His messy but fluffy blonde hair was softly glowing in the sunlight. His freckles stood out on his pale skin.
"Take a picture mate, it'll last longer."he said, I felt my face flush as he spoke. I felt pain in my side and head. "Oh, right your head might hurt a bit. Vianna threw you at a locker and hit your head. Here, the nurse told me to give you these pills to sooth the pain." I felt the pain but just pretended, so instead I responded " I'm okay, it doesn't really hurt...that much." I got up out of the cot and headed for the door. *click* the door was locked!? Leon looked over at me " What's the matter?" I looked down at the floor and replied "its locked..." I looked up and Leon was still standing by the...! Of course! There's a window, we could just go out the window. The problem is were on the second floor of the school. It didn't matter there's grass at the bottom so it won't hurt as much as concrete." Let's just go out the window." I suggested. " Are you out of your mind! You literally just got thrown at a locker, and you tried to jump of the roof earlier!" He yelled, somehow without sounding angry... He always sounded calm."Do you know a better way to get out of here?" I asked. "...no." He replied. I took my bag and grabbed a stool from the room, and threw it at the window. *CRASH* there was shattered glass all over the floor, " why the fuck did you break the window? You could've just opened it." Hmmm why did I break the window? I grabbed his hand and went toward the window, stepped on the window sell and stopped. "We jump on the count of 3, okay." He nodded. " one, two, three!" He wrapped his arms around me...and we fell to the ground with a loud thud, my landing was actually softer than I expected. " Are y-you okay?" He was right beside me, his face looked teriffied. He answered "I-I'm not sure. My back just hurts a little, the real question is are you okay?" I was confused I felt completely fine. "Yeah I'm okay." He then looked at me with worry and said " if your really fine, then explain the blood dripping of you elbow." I looked at my elbow there was blood, and then I noticed a rock with fresh blood on it. "I must of hit my elbow on this rock." I noticed Leon take something from his bag, he took out some bandages. He gentally wrapped the bandage around my elbow. His hands were warm, I barely noticed that he was about to pass out, I softly pulled him towards me, and rested his head on my lap. He softly said "Thank you." he fell asleep soudly, he smiled.
