There was something called an EXP Multiplier in BBO. It started off as 1x, and gaining any title above U Grade increased it.
(A/N: The grades for titles go like this, from the lowest to highest: C, U, R, RR, RRR, SR, SSR, UR. And for Items, its like this: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythical, Unknown. And lastly, for Skills: E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, EX.)
R Grade Titles give +0.1 to the Multiplier, RR gives +1, RRR gives +10, SR gives +100, SSR gives +1000, and UR gives +10000.
Just for reference, the average EXP Multiplier of the players in BBO (as disclosed by the GMs of BBO in the same year as the reincarnation) was around 13.7x.
Also, the protagonist, as a collector of Titles, had a devastating Multiplier of 598,959.2x, which was obviously the highest among all of the players. The runner up's is around 1,000 (as disclosed by the player himself).
The Tenfold Effect simply increases the effect of EXP Multiplier to tenfold. Meaning, the protagonist could now gain 5 Million times EXP.
This was devastating. In fact, this single effect would actually be worth several Unknown-Grade Items by itself, but it is actually the least valuable within the 'Reincarnation Gift'.
("Well, the value of Items in Unknown-Grade is always higher than that of a Mythical-Grade, but comparisons between Unknown-Grade is almost always inaccurate. And the Reincarnation Stone, is, after all, an Unknown-Grade Item.")
After all, Unknown-Grade was the highest rarity. Anything more valuable than a Mythical-Grade could come in there, and that makes the range of worth quite big.
