Let him see her cry and know that his words and harsh insults got to her was the last thing she wanted right now. He might order her around because he can, but he will never have the satisfaction of seeing her cry because of him, Alaina won't let that happen.
"What? What was that?" Ivar haulted from moving away as he heard her small muffled snuffle, thinking she was saying something.
"Any objections?" he asked showing her his ear.
She wasn't going to say anything but even if she wanted to, he backed away with a shrug.
"Wouldn't matter anyway, because I own you now, either you do what I say or you watch your friend die." He stated as he stood back up from crouching position near Alaina.
He used the word die as if he would kill her himself not just reverse her healing.
