Chapter 1 - Luck

Luck. Luck is everything. Luck decides everything. Luck decides if a planet is formed or not. Luck decides if that planet has life. Luck decides if the life gets destroyed. Luck decides how or if the life evolves. Luck is everything.

***

[Luck], is nothing. It means nothing, does nothing and decides nothing. Pure [Defence] is where it is at, especially in games where it subtracts the opponent's attack instead of dividing it by a factor. Of course I have to put in a little bit of [Strength] and a minute amount in [Vitality] in the ratio of about 80:15:5.

Around 90% of people go for a balanced build with a focus on maybe 1 or 2 stats meaning they do no damage to me! This gives me great happiness as it is very satisfying to watch them struggle as they slowly reach their demise by my near base level damage.

This would not work with any other stat, for [Strength] there is normally a skill or item that lets you partially or fully defend the first attack allowing any player to easily defend against it then retaliate against them and destroy their usual of 100 health and that is if they have higher [Agility] than the average player, which, would not happen unless they did not put anything in to it. Admittedly, [Strength] is good in the very early game but really fails in the late game. [Intelligence] is pretty much the same except for it being slightly better late game but not very good early game.

As for [Agility], games never let you evade everything, usual capping around 50% evasion chance meaning even if they attack you first as you normally do if you have the higher [Agility]. Although a split between [Agility] and [Strength] is quite good as they attack first and do a lot of damage to normal players although it really doesn't matter to me as they split their stats meaning I still take no damage.

[Vitality] is a no-brainer: you may have lots of health but have shit defence and attack. I shouldn't need to even talk about [Luck].

But hey that's just my opinion as a gamer so oh well.

(AN: sorry for such a long intro to the MC's thoughts just though it was quite important)
