The sun flared at the carriage as it strolled out of the underground prison and into an open spaced trail road. Everywhere you looked you could see amber coloured trees different shapes and sizes the road went on towards the centre of Avalon Hillside a massive, gated walls all around the city even containing the aki forests.
Avalon is also a place of wonders having different sections the housing areas the market areas and all sorts in the centre of the stood a massive fountain springing water at all times of day just to the far left of the centre of the city was a Hill and at the top of the Hill stood a creaky old house different from all the modern houses at the bottom this was the house of the gateman's to the Aki forest what stood behind that house was a trail that led to the vast ominous Aki forests. Gated shut for the safety of the city no one goes in or comes out.
The Driver took a hard left towards the path that led to the gateman's house the black horses strode slowly and carefully almost like they knew they were in some sort of danger. The driver started to shake in fear, sweat dripped down his face all he could think about who was scarier the Akuma in the carriage or the Gateman himself. He had been paid an awful lot just to deliver the demon and to keep his mouth shut about this.
The Driver settled the horses so that the carriage would stop he hesitated but said "Were umm here".
There was silence until the carriage door swung open with a bang and out came
Hissori yawning and stretching. "Took us long enough" he proclaimed yawning while saying it. "where are we? Never seen this cabin before" The Driver kept quite then said "Kid when you get in there don't mention it whatever you do don't mention it. The guys names Goliath or Norio Tanaka" The driver hands Hissori a piece of folded paper "Give him this kid its from the Emperor" The Driver then went and left in as fast as he could.
Hissori sighed and walked towards the door of the creaky old, styled house. He knocked twice… no sound coming from the inside at all. "Thump… Thump… Thump…" Heavy Footsteps crept towards the door slowly. In an instant the door swung open with a loud bang "Who you" Hissori looked up searching for the persons voice he saw nothing but darkness coming from the room pitch black completely "I ask you question who you" Hissori looked down to see an extremely short man big beedie blue eyes bushy eyebrows and a big round nose his face scrunched up with annoyance.
Hissori slowly took out the paper from the Driver out of his pocket while eyeing the man and passed it to him. The Gatemen snatched It and read it aloud "ahhhhh you boy come come you like green tea come come" Goliath's voice echoed the house as he walked in the darkness knowing exactly where to go. He swiftly went across the room and lit a lantern. "Sorry sorry we usually don't get visitor sit…sit…" Goliath explained in his broken English and weird accent.
Hissori looked around to what seemed to be a old cabin styled room bottles full of different coloured liquids, cauldrons and overall the weirdest things you wouldn't ever see in Avalon.
Silence struck the room. "Kelda come come bring tea" Goliath looked to an empty space in the room five minutes passed in silence "sorry sorry wife make tea" Hissori sat nodding his head he thought he should take the tea to be kind even though he didn't want it. Goliath struggled of the high seat and went towards the kitchen space he came back with two cups and a smile on his face. Hissori took the cup and held it in his hands it was cold. "This here my wife Kelda and my son Luca" Goliath proclaimed with joy.
Hissori looked up and realised what the driver meant when he said don't mention it when he saw it. Nobody was next to Goliath at all he was the only one there with a big smile on his face sipping his tea.
"Sorry they shy in front of visitor" Goliath scratched his head. Hissori ignored it and greeted them formally. "Hello…" Hissori said.
"Kelda take Luca need talk to boy here" Goliath smiled and looked back towards Hissori with no hesitation "So you want go Aki Forest boy" Goliath's voice became stern and deep.
Goliath kept staring "Nobody go in come back out you go in you die boy" There was a certain chill to how he said that Hissori looked back with his usual dull expression sighing "Personally I don't really care if I die right now or the second I wake up tomorrow morning it doesn't change the fact that I'm going in that crappy forest back there" Hissori looked in Goliath's eyes with a deadly dull expression "HOKE HOKE..HOKE…HOKE! you crazy boy." Goliath bellowed with laughter.
"ok I open gate for you what name" Goliath wonder with excitement like a child "Its Hissori" Hissori explains "Ok issori I take you." Goliath proclaims loudly Hissori sighs at the fact he messed up his name.
Meanwhile in the town square of Avalon Hillside an announcer stands on a wooden stage near the fountain.
"CITZENS OF AVALON HILLSIDE!" The announcer yelled from corner-to-corner people started to gather up one of them being Sinda who was wearing a cloak to cover her identity was just going to visit Nelen again her expression tired and unhappy. Sinda looked towards the announcer to hear the news.
The Announcer cleared his throat and yelled "TODAY MARKS THE DAY THAT THE GHASTLY AKUMA THAT HAS CAUSED TERRIOR IN THIS LAND WILL BE DEALT WITH" Sinda stood in shock wasn't it too early. She still couldn't accept her adopted son's fate. The crowd cheered and laughed whistling and celebrating for the extinguishing of the evil. "YES YESSS AT THIS VERY MOMENT HIS EXECUTION IS TAKING PLACE HAHAHAH" The announcer bellowed in evil laughter clapping and dancing.
Sinda stood in the middle of the crowd Silently crying, while covering her mouth while biting her thumb until it started bleeding to hold in the crying. She ran through the crowd away through an alley silently crying uncontrollably.
The Aki forest iron gates creaked open as Goliath disabled the Lock mastery with his blue auraed Sei by transferring his Sei through the keyhole of the gate when touching it "Take… it is map and instructions it help you get through Forest Issori" Goliath passed Hissori Two pieces of paper.
Hissori nodded while fixing the bag Goliath gave him "Food a medical herb last 1week use carefully potions in there too." Goliath patted Hissori on the back "Safe travels Issori" Goliath lets him pass through Hissori nods and walks through the gate standing in the forest entrance he looked back at Goliath leaving and all he could think about was why Goliath wasn't scared of him like everyone else he let the thought pass by and…
