Zhu Li placed the glass down and looked at Jason in the eye before speaking, "The thing is, I'm not exactly a Werewolf. I'm a Canid Jackal, an inferior version of a Humanoid Canid. My kind are very to Pantherines but we're more dog-like."

There are about four known species of Humanoid Canids, a group of monsters that have canid and human characteristics. They are the Canid Jackals, Huskies, Hyaenas and the most renowned of them all, the Werewolves.
All of the Humanoid Canids, except the Hyaenas, can maintain a human appearance for as long as possible and usually seen in this form.
