"Alright then!! Maki, we have to take this guy down!!", Jason said to Maki who nodded in agreement.
"Hey!! Who are you and what do you want here!!??,"Jason yelled at the figure but no response was made.
Jason was definitely losing his patience but tried to compose himself as he looked at the being, who just stood in complete silence.
The figure was hard to identify, apart from the dark brown cloak it was wearing and its eyes were just black in color, and were the only uncovered part of the body.
All of a sudden, the unknown figure vanished and reappeared behind Maki, trying to land a kick on her.
But Jason reacted exactly the same rate as the figure did and easily parried the attack with his own.
"Oh no, you don't!!,"Jason shouted as he managed to counter just in time.
Maki then realized and left that spot, trying to analyze what the figure was, and what were its abilities.
The two individuals then started trading blows and punches and as far as Maki saw, they both seemed matched.
"Incredible!! This person seems really stronger than us, but Jason is somehow matching up to him!!," Maki thought as she made light of the brawling.
A few minutes later, the two fighters got exhausted and were just staring at each other.
"I don't know who you are or what you are, but you're not staying here!!," Jason said in short breaths to the figure.
"Don't worry," the figure finally spoke. " I'll make less work out of the both of you here!!"
Jason and Maki gasped as they not only heard the figure actually speak, but that his presence seemed a bit off and a lot stronger than usual.
"Maki?? Tell me what's going on here??!," Jason questioned Maki in a frightened tone as he noticed his enemy released a grey aura around his own body.
"Based on his Mana level now,"she said while adjusting her glasses, "he's going all out on us, and could destroy the town at this rate!!"
"Good then!! I'll take him out of the town. Just tell me the nearest forest around," Jason replied as he himself started concentrating his Mana to form a dark aura, similar but completely different to his rampant form.
"It's north east from here, but we don't know anything about him, so recklessly charging in won't—," she said and was cut off from Jason rushing in to attack.
"God, this dude's an idiot!", she sighed with her palm on her face before watching him attacking this unknown individual.
The figure then covered his body in a hard armor, thinking that would knock Jason off hm and make him vulnerable to any attack.
"Fool! There's no way you can pass through my defense!! It's impossible for a weakling like—-", he said but was cut short by Jason as he grabbed his face with all his might.
"You're annoying, now shut up!!", Jason yelled and he sent the figure flying towards the direction of the forest as directed by Maki.
"When Sensei returns, tell him I'm busy beating this guy!! I'll be back," Jason said to Maki and he dashed for his opponent.
