"Whoa!!!", exclaimed the students after they saw a shiny object in Stoxius' hand that he retrieved from his sack.
"What's that, teacher??", a boy asked, in total astonishment about the shiny and bright object resembling a cylindrical diamond.
"Glad you asked that, Alvyn," Stoxius answered as he motioned the students to pay rapt attention to his explanation .
"These are Gannite crystals. They are created from rocks found at the Falcon Valley near the eastern border of Pardour. They're extremely fragile but are mainly used to detect the Mana type of individuals. Observe," he told the students and focused on the crystal.
"Look!! It's changing color!!", one of the students exclaimed as they noticed the crystal changed color to yellow.
"Excellent work!! This means I'm a Lightning Elemental since my Mana is primarily designed to release Lightning."

Gannite crystals react differently with each individual depending on the Elemental nature of their Mana.
Red means the Elemental is Fire-based; Yellow means Lightning; Green stands for Earth; Blue stands for Water, and Pink stands for Wind.
However, since it is possible for an Elemental to evolve to a Beta Class, in that instance, the Gannite crystals change color but later become deeper and permanent, due to the increasing strength of the individual's Mana.
