*These events happened coincidentally during the final tournament fight*
"Please, is the Emperor around? I need to see him immediately!!," a young woman in ragged clothing appealed before a Royal Guard at the palace gates.
"I'm sorry Ma'am, no one is allowed inside the palace. Also, the Emperor and the royal family are at the Enix Colosseum as we speak," the guard answered her back, much to her dismay.
"Is there any way I can meet him at all? Please, you have to help me!!," she asked again.
"I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do for you. I would ask you to kindly leave," he replied and she had no choice but to comply.

As she left the palace, she decided to go to the colosseum to see the King in person.
When she arrived at the entrance to the colosseum, she knew that getting to meet him was a big problem because of how heavily guarded the royal booth was.
But her current problem was how to gain access into the arena without getting caught.
She then stumbled her eyes on a red robe with a sack piled close to a crate of bread.
Her attention was then turned to other people wearing the same outfit entering the colosseum through the back entrance.
"I can probably use that outfit and that crate of bread to enter without being detected," she concluded to herself before picking the items without anyone noticing.
She wore the outfit, took the crate and starting moving to the back entrance.
As soon as she was approaching the entrance, a guard stopped her.
"Hold it, ma'am. We need to confirm that the items are indeed the supplies requested," he said, before inspecting the crate in her hands which made her nervous.
After a careful inspection, the guard cleared her and allowed her to enter the back entrance.
When she arrived into the supply chamber, she dropped the crate and quickly rushed for the colosseum royal booth.

Oblivious to anyone, a man who wore a red robe -similar to the one the delivery workers wore but more tattered and worn out- found himself in the drainage system under the Colosseum.
He then looked around with his hood still over his head and crouched.
Suddenly, a purple snake appeared from
inside his right sleeve onto the ground.
He then grabbed it, bit his thumb, and smeared his blood on it.
A yellow glow appeared on the snake and as soon as it disappeared, a black insignia was on the back of the snake.
He then released it and the snake slithered quickly into the drainage system and swam away.
He then rose up and said, "Now my backup plan is a success."
The hooded man then walked for about 10 minutes until he saw a faint light appearing above him.
He then looked up and his eyes started glowing, which he looked above closely and started smiling.
"I've finally found you. Now I can have some fun!!," he said feeling pleased and removed his cloak, revealing his purplish skin covered in scales.
