" Thanks , Mary " Hydrancea said as she grabbed the quill set on the side of her table , she was writing a letter to the craftsman who was supposedly going to make her wheelchair , it was nothing but a formality , Hydrancea thought she was expected of .
But an uncomfortable heat had grown on the tips of her toes , a warm room with a perpetually burning fireplace and a thick quilt ? she was sure somebody was trying to kill her .
" Can you place that blanket over here and open the windows ?" Mary quickly scurried to open the windows and as she did ,The radiant beams of moonlight entered the room , and cold breeze blew over making her shudder a little , she felt something other than uncomfortable.
how joyous.
" it . . .. looks amazing," hydrancea said , turning to find Mary's surprised expression.
"Why the surprise, Mary?" hydrancea asked , obviously curious about Mary's expression,
"Miss, you never liked the light before. Seeing the outside used to make you frown," Mary explained.
A sigh escaped her lips as she realized the burden placed on a 12-year-old's shoulders. Hydrancea must have felt the sadness of not being able to walk and play like other children
Understanding what her lady might be thinking about, tears welled up in Mary's eyes, streaming down her face, unable to contain her emotions.
"Mary, please don't cry for me," she urged, grappling with the awkwardness of the heartfelt moment. It felt weird to comfort someone who was obviously trying to trick her.
"Mary, High highness calls for you " as sound resounded from behind them both .
It was another maid.
"Yes, your highness , please do not think about this anymore ! you will get better " Mary replied, covering her eyes as she exited, tears still rolling down her cheeks.
As Mary left, the princess muttered to herself, acknowledging the unexpected display of emotion, swiftly clearing her mind, and focused on the blueprints.

In the grandeur of the imperial palace, a messenger announced the arrival of Princess Hydrangea's personal maid.
"Let her in," the regal voice of the monarch commanded.
Mary entered, offering a bow and greetings in reverence.
"Glory to the sun of the empire," she said.
The monarch permitted her to raise her head, inquiring about the reason for her presence.
"Your Majesty, our princess's behavior has changed," Mary reported.
The monarch, engrossed in a document, looked up in curiosity.
"Say that again," the ruler demanded.
"She opened her windows again," Mary repeated.
To some, it might seem trivial, but for Princess Hydrancea, opening the windows marked a profound change. The young princess, confined by her inability to walk, had always harbored an aversion to glimpsing the outside world. This simple act signified a significant shift in her demeanor.
"She opened her windows again!" the monarch exclaimed, astonished.
The quill slipped from their hands as He stood up, walking toward a painting of the late empress, Celeste. A mix of emotions overwhelmed him as he whispered, "Celeste, our daughter is back. Our precious daughter is back."
Celeste, a strong and benevolent figure, had carved her name onto the rock the emperor called a heart and then passed away.
Darrius couldn't look away from the portrait , his daughters striking resemblence to his late wife had always made him weak . To him when his daughter had decided to distance herself from the family it was like a slap to his face .
and now his daughter , somehow had gained the courage . He would never let this chance go away.
" Mary , Send the Blueprint to the Imperial craftsmen , let the best of them decide who will do the honour of finishing Cea's work "
