I looked down at the living room and saw chains dragging into the kitchen. I looked over my shoulder at Mayhem.
"Who is that?" he asked, I shrugged.
"You expect me to know?" I asked him, whispering. I stood up, and started to walk down the stairs.
"Gabby you can't hide from us, and you know it," an unknown voice said.
I looked at Mayhem and his eyes were wide.
"Gabby who are they?" Mayhem asked me.
"I don't know," I said, turning around to walk back up the stairs, but I heard Mayhem gasp.
"Run Gabby, NOW!" I turned and started running at the door, but then one of the strangers was standing in front of it, I started to run at the window. I didn't want to do this, but I have to. I turned on my heel, and ran at Mayhem.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, GABBY!!!!" I kept running at Mayhem, I lifted my baseball bat and swung it at the guy behind Mayhem.
"Mayhem get out of the way!" I commanded. He dropped to his knees, and my baseball bat made a connection with the guy's head. He dropped, knocked out. I turned around, and ran at the next guy, but he held up a pistol, and pointed it at my dad. I stopped, I shook my head, when did dad come home?
"Don't hurt my family, what do you want?" I asked, dropping the baseball bat.
"It's not us that needs you, it's Rebecca," I kept shaking my head.
"NO, I AM NOT GOING TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN!!!!!" I screamed, bending down to pick my baseball bat up. I was about to start running at the guy, and my dad when Mayhem ran past me and knocked the guy behind dad out.
"WHAT IS HAPPENING?" dad yelled. I looked down, and took a deep breath.
"I honestly don't know, dad," I said, knowing it was a lie. He doesn't need to be involved in this. Mayhem shouldn't have been either. I turned around and went to my room.
"Well what do you two want for supper?" he asked, calming down.
"I'm not hungry," I said, lying yet again. I walked up the stairs, and into my room. I made sure that all of the windows were locked. I went to bed, and woke up in an unfamiliar room. I looked around, and tried to recognize it. A door opened, and Jackson walked in.
I growled at him before asking, "Where am I?"
"Well my mother's little operation had to move because of you, and your brother," Jackson said.
"You aren't answering my question, Jackson," I said irritatedly.
"I don't have to," Jackson said, grabbing my chin and making me look at him.
"Get your hands off of me," I said, wanting to bite his hand.
"No," he said, I pulled my head back and he grabbed my throat.
"Look Gabby I don't want to do this, but my mom is watching," he finished, he pulled away from me and slapped me across the face.
"I hate you and your mom," I said, even though I didn't mean it, I don't even know what his true self was like, his mom, I knew she was a monster.
"If you think that hurts my feelings you should know I don't let me have feelings for wimps like you," Jackson said, making my heart ache. Why do I feel like my heart is going to break? I shouldn't feel anything when I'm around this boy, but I can't stop myself.
"And you expect me to care?" I asked, keeping my voice sturdy. He scoffed, and rolled his eyes. He started walking away, but then he turned to face me.
"Yes I did," he said, turning back around, and walking out of the room, through a steel door. I turned my head to look at what I was bound with this time, CHAINS!!! I sighed, and shook my head.
I muttered, "Why did it have to be me?" I looked up, and saw Rebecca walk in and turn most of the lights off. I growled at her.
"If I were you I wouldn't do that," she said, calmly almost too calmly. Jared, one of the guys that I bumped into in the woods walked in. I pulled back as far as I could from him.
"Hello again, Heaven Smith," Jared said, smirking. I looked down, and shook my head.
"It's Gabby not Heaven," I said, with malice, locking eyes with him, overly confidently. His smirk dropped the second I said that. He looked at Rebecca. She shrugged, and walked towards me.
"Now Gabby don't speak to our guest that way," she said, getting in my face. I pulled my head back, and sneered at her. I spit on her face, and she pulled away, disgusted. I braced myself for the impact of her hitting me. When it didn't come I opened my eyes, I saw someone punching her, I couldn't tell who it was, seeing as when Rebecca came in she turned some of the lights off.
"Gabby are you okay?" the unknown person asked, running towards me. I nodded, looked down, and pulled on the chains. I looked up, and saw Jared beating the unknown person up. I felt an uncharacteristic wave of courage.
"JARED!" I yelled, in a voice that didn't sound like mine. I looked around searching for the source of the voice. Jared looked at me, and I could see the fear in his eyes.
"My queen where are you?" Jared asked, getting scared. I could visibly see him shaking out of fear. He started to look around, I assumed he was looking for his 'Queen'. I started looking around again. Jared and the unknown person looked at me.
"Where is my queen, you human?" Jared asked me venom dripping in his voice as he said the last part. I shook my head, indicating that I didn't know. That was the last thing I remember doing before I blacked out.
As I came too I noticed that I was out of the chains. I looked around and saw that I was in a different room. I frowned noticing that it wasn't my room, shiz I really hoped that it was all a dream. I tried to move, but found out that I was handcuffed to a bed. I yelled out of frustration, and started to try to pull my wrist out of the handcuffs. Key word try, but no couldn't get out.
I was just a weak eleventh grade girl that made a stupid decision that landed me here right now. I'm so dead when I get home if I get home, which at this point is not likely. I tried to get comfortable, but no luck came to me. I started looking around the room when my eyes landed on the sleeping figure in the armchair at the foot of the bed. I screamed, and pulled myself close to the wall as I could, still screaming.
I tried to calm down, but then I realized that the figure was gone. I started looking around frantically. The figure grabbed my chin and made me look at him.
"Let go of me now Jackson," I said, trying not to yell. I was shaking not out of fear but out of frustration.
"And why should I kitten?" he asked, looking into my eyes. I pulled out of his grip, and pushed him a safe distance away from me, and I kept him there with my foot.
"Because I said so you illiterate dumbo," I said, waiting for his reaction, and when it came it hurt like hell. HE SLAPPED ME!!!!
"Didn't like that, did you?" I asked, ignoring the sting coming from my cheek. He was shaking, and he looked murderous.
I pulled myself farther away from him, and in result I fell off of the bed. He looked down at me like I was his prey and him the predator, and that's what it felt like. I tried to get away, but I was still handcuffed to the bed. I kept yanking at the handcuffs, but that just resulted in me getting tired faster, and being more scared. Jackson chuckled, and grabbed my free arm. When he had a good hold on it he pulled me back up onto the bed.
"Where did the brave Gabby that almost killed Jared go?" he asked, and I tried to kick him where the sun don't shine, but I missed and kicked him in the stomach. He growled at me, and tightened his grip. I ground my teeth in pain and frustration.
"I don't know what you're talking about," I gritted out through my teeth, trying to pull my arm out of his grip. Which resulted in him tightening his grip. I could feel the bruise forming.
"Don't lie to me Gabby, I'm not afraid to hurt you," he said, pulling his hand away from my arm, and ruffling his auburn brown hair. I looked away from him with a slight blush. He grabbed my chin and made me look at him. I tried to hide my uneasiness and failed miserably.
"Don't touch me Jackson," I said, trying to put venom into my voice. He cocked an eyebrow, and chuckled.
"You think that you're in any position to tell me what to do?" he asked, tightening his grip on my chin. I looked anywhere but at him, refusing to answer him. I focused on the vase of wilting roses. I tried to keep my eyes on a vase that looked handmade, until he forced me to look at him. I looked at the hollow of his neck instead of his eyes.
He let go of my chin, and grabbed my upper arms. I turned my head away from him, and averted my gaze back to the vase. I started to observe the finer details of the vase as best I could, since I was still handcuffed to the bed. It was definitely handmade, I almost asked who made it but I couldn't find my voice. I turned my gaze away from the vase, and glanced out the window. It was raining cats and dogs.
I felt the bed shift next to me, I glanced over at Jackson. He wrapped his arm around my waist, and pulled my small form up against his well built form. He kept his arm around me, and his scent was intoxicating. I snapped out of it, and I tried not to notice his presence.
"What are you doing Jackson?" I heard Rebecca ask, I couldn't see her but I knew it was her.
"None of your business mom," Jackson said, rolling his eyes. I gazed around the room looking for any possible way to escape. If I ever got out of these stupid handcuffs. I glanced towards the door, then towards the side of the bed closest to me. I gazed at the bedside table, and saw an alarm clock.
"I could use it to knock him out," I muttered, hopefully not loud enough for him to hear.
"Use what to knock who out?" Jackson asked, dang it. I mentally facepalm myself. I shook my head.
"Gabby answer me," he said, in a demanding tone. I bit my tongue, and shook my head again. Jackson grabbed my hair, and pulled me into his face. I whimpered out of pain, and tried to pull myself away from him. He growled at me, and released me. He stood up and looked at me, his eyes were changing to blue. I backed away from him, until I was pressed against the headboard.
"What are you?" I asked my voice unsteady. He smirked, and walked out of the room. I reached for the alarm clock. When I had it in my grasp I put it behind my back, preparing to hit Jackson with it. I was glaring at the door for what felt like forever, before I glanced away.
After a while I went back to glaring at the door. I started nodding off after a couple of minutes, but hit myself in the back with the alarm clock to keep myself awake.

He was running through the woods he practically grew up in. Dodging fallen oak branches littering the forest floor, he dipped underneath a low hanging pine branch. He was breathing heavily, he took a sharp left and he stopped when he reached a clearing. He walked towards the lake in the middle of the clearing, and stood at the shore. He sighed, and layed down, not caring if it was raining.
"So peaceful," he muttered, sitting up. He looked across the lake. His breath catching in his throat when he saw what was staring him down. The Moon Goddess. He got on his knees, and bowed his head.
"Goddess," he muttered, looking at the primrose in front of him.
"Stand Michael," she said, her voice like silk. He stood, still looking at the primrose that was now at his feet. She reached out and touched his cheek. Slowly she raised his head to look at her.

I slowly rolled over, as my alarm went off. I reached over and turned it off.
"Five more minutes," I mumbled as I rolled back over to face my closet.
"Come here Mayhem, we won't hurt you," the clowns said. I shook my head, and started backing away from them. They started advancing on me. I turned around and ran away from them, as I was running the circus slowly turned to a foggy forest.
"Mayhem. . . Mayhem," they called after me, I felt someone shaking my shoulder, and looked over, still running. I screamed, and tried running faster.
"MAYHEM!!!! WAKE UP!! YOUR SISTER IS GONE!!!!" the clown said.
I woke up out of confusion. I looked around, and realized that my dad was shaking my shoulder, and I was in my bed not a foggy forest being chased by clowns.
"What do you mean?" I asked mostly asleep.
"When I went to get her up she wasn't in her bed, and her window was broken," dad said, clearly upset. I sat up, and threw the blanket off of me. I got out of the bed, and walked to Gabby's room. I looked around, and saw nothing was a miss except for her bed was a mess. I walked over to the window, and glanced down to the broken glass. Mixed in with the shattered glass was a rock, I kneeled down trying not to cut my knees.
"Dad call uncle David," I said, standing back up. I walked past him and back to my room. Once I closed the door I changed into my outfit for today.
