" Aunty…. stop. Please don't shout at them, especially Karthik" I said.
" Why? " Aunty asked me.
" There is no mistake of Karthik. I took a word from him to hide the truth from you. I thought after Dhruv returned from the U.S. I wanted to inform him first then to you. But before I informed you, I lost my baby. " I said.
" Karthik was with me as a friend and a brother when no one supported me," I said.
" Okay. Then why Karthik acted as he married you?" Aunty asked.
I gulped my saliva with her question.
" Tell me...why did you run away from everyone? Why do you stay quiet even I fixed his marriage with Siya? " Aunty asked me.
" Aunty….her health is not good. We can talk about this matter later. Let her take some rest. " Priya said looking at me.
