I was so excited on hearing the idea of my brother. I wanted to spend my time with my Ammu. The place my mom suggested for my honeymoon is one of my favorite places.
I looked at Ammu with excitement but her face became blank with Karthik's suggestion. Then I understood that she is not ready and comfortable to go to honeymoon.
" Okay then. I will book tickets for your honeymoon in two days. " Mom informed us.
" You can book the tickets later. There is no hurry. Meanwhile, I will complete my pending work in our company. " I said.
" But I want you both to enjoy your married life. I want a cute little princess as soon as possible." Mom said.
" We are recently married. We need some time for ourselves." I lied to mom even though I love kids so much.
" Okay, then I will agree. But after one year, after that, you have to plan for babies. Do you understand?" Mom asked me.
" Okay," I said.
