"These things are slow, but if they grab you, it's over," Arpious said, narrowing her eyes.
Elara nodded, keeping her distance with her bow drawn. "We need to split their attention. Focus on one at a time."
With a shared glance of understanding, they began their assault.
One of the Flesh Golems charged at Arpious, swinging its massive arm down like a hammer. She sidestepped with lightning speed, the ground beneath her shaking from the impact. The sheer force of the blow left a deep crater where she had stood just moments before. She spun around, driving her sword into the golem's side. The blade sank deep, but the creature didn't even flinch, its flesh regenerating almost as quickly as she cut.
"They're resilient," Arpious muttered.
