"Can I drive your car later?" I looked at him while we're eating here in the mall. He almost choked with his food in his mouth. I looked at him seriously, but I was just trying to mess with him, he really loves his car and I just want to mess with him... I raised my eyebrow and looked at me like I'm very committed to driving his car. He sighed and fished out something out of his pocket, I was shocked when he put his car keys on the table. "You're a great driver, right? Seeing how you drive a BMW... You must be a careful driver" then he gave his keys to me. He would really give me his car keys. I mean... He really loves his car! "I'm just kidding, I'm just messing with you. I didn't even think that you'll really give me your car keys!" he laughed and kept his keys in his pocket again, he seemed relieved with the thought of I'm not going to drive his car. "You know, don't make me see your relieved expression. It's starting to hurt me that you don't want me to drive your Jeep." and looked at him. He laughed again and mouthed sorry to me.
We finished eating and I went to a stationery shop and bookstore to look for some things that I need. I ended up buying the thick books for Microbiology, Physiology, and Genetics. I had a hard time carrying the bag of books when Dylan got it out of my hand, "You could've asked for my help you know? You will injure your feet if that falls." he smiled again and walked, we were supposed to be walking out of the mall when I saw my favorite ice cream shop, I stopped and looked at Dylan. "Do you eat ice cream?" and he nodded, we ordered a rocky road and cookies and cream. We sat down on one of the chairs and I asked him why his favorite ice cream is Cookies and cream... he laughed "Nothing, I just like cookies so much." After we ate our ice cream, we walked to the parking lot and he handed me his keys, I looked at him "You drive, my hands are tired from carrying all this stuff." he said then entered the passenger seat, I was left alone outside and then he shouted, "This car is not going to drive itself!" and I quickly entered the driver's seat, I'm a great driver. I told that to myself. I have a great teacher and that's Jade. I took a deep breath and started driving, I didn't think of anything while driving and I didn't even realize that we were already there. After I parked, I looked at him and punched his arm. He shouted and then laughed afterward, I punched him again "Don't give me your damn keys again! I'm so nervous earlier that nothing's going inside of my brain!" I shouted and he just laughed, I almost had the urge to punch him again, but instead, I just got out of his car and walked towards the elevator. I heard him lock his car and run to chase me. I felt him look at me and laughed, maybe he thought that I wasn't nervous earlier, but I am! I am very nervous!
He's teasing me inside the elevator while I look at him sharply, I immediately went out when we reached their floor, he keeps on calling my name thinking that I'm mad at him or something, but I'm not... I may be a petty person sometimes but I'm not too shallow. When I reached Jade's door, I looked at him and smiled "Thanks for today, I really enjoyed this day, and thank you for letting me drive your precious car" then opened Jade's door and he smiled and waved goodbye at me. "Damn sis, you're whipped." I immediately turned my head in Jade's direction and give her the finger and she laughed "Whatever helps you sleep at night sis" she teased me, and I rolled my eyes at her, I took my car keys and bid goodbye to Jade. She seems busy studying because all her books and notes are on the table. "You better be happy with that guy or I'll burn his unit!" he shouted when I'm about to go out her door. I only smiled and sent her a flying kiss.

When I got home, I just took a shower and studied after. When my eyes begin to hurt, that's when I decided to stop. I looked at my phone and saw that it's already 2 am and I have an 8:30 am class tomorrow... I decided to lie down in my bed and sleep when Dylan messaged me.
Dylan: You're still awake?
Maisie: Duh, obviously.

I looked at Dylan's last message and smiled, this guy has a way with words, that's why he's good at getting close with people. He just makes you comfortable with his actions and words towards you, but I guess if you are a naive person you might think that he's in love with you, but I think he just meant well, he's like that to all the people. I spent; I think about an hour just staring at the wall. I was so tired earlier, but when Dylan messaged me it seems like he has this effect on me. He always leaves me sleepless and thinking of his words, that's why sometimes I tell myself to stay away from him... and I think I need to stay away from him, or I'll end up falling.
