Christian immediately takes Anna out of the doctor's office, he wants to discuss Troy further.
"Anna, I want to know when you gave birth to Troy. Where did you give birth?" Christian asks curiously.
"I gave birth in the hospital, at that time I remember there was another woman who was about to give birth to her child"

Anna immediately agreed with Christian's words, they both asked for a doctor's suggestion first. After being approved by the doctor, they both immediately checked Anna and Troy's DNA.
