"Michelle, deal with those who are charging at the right. Legionnaire- Protect my back. I can sense five people at stealth sneaking up behind."
"Me and ChickB got these in idiots in front. They won't be able to hit us a single time before we can kill them."
Ten of their members began their assault. The people who were left behind on their side are probably the strongest players. Filan Soja should have sent them out to test our abilities. Too bad for him, these people will not be able to pose any challenge to show everything we got.
They have zero range users on their side, so I have no problem of worrying anyone sneaking range attacks to my teammates. With that in mind, I made my move first to the assassins behind me by raining them with my arrows accurately. Five shots were enough to have those players in stealth to show themselves.
"Shit! She discovered us. That was quick."
"Doesn't matter. We're already close enough to gang up on her. When I count from 3, everyone use your [Shadow Assault].
"I'm not going to let you—[Terrifying Roar]!"
Legionnaire used his crowd control skill, turning all skills to attack him. I did not waste this moment and immediately used [Illusion Charge], creating four illusion that will take my place to cover my retreat while I followed it up with Stealth of my own. My Stealth level might be easily seen by them, but it was enough for me to create some distance.
Absolute Sacrifice is a great skill lasting for almost five seconds before those assassins got control over their character again. Within those five seconds, I have already charged up my bow to kill one of them. I doubt anyone of them can survive my skill with their clothe armour. But if they did, they are the worst assassin who do not know how to build up their own character.
"Aniki! She got Lonely Fruit."
"Tsk~ After this crowd control is done, rush towards her."
Looks like they are ignoring the one who is currently holding them in place. Little did they know, beside a crazy defence, Legionnaire also boast a very rare burst damage skill."
"Who said you can leave my side alive? Take this [Righteous Smash]!"
The assassin who was the closest got the unlucky end of the heavy mace of Legionnaire. As much as how strong the strike and how long the stun duration it gave, being a tank still means it was not enough damage to one shot the assassin. However, I got that covered and shot a normal arrow towards the injured enemy which results him retiring the Territorial War early.
Three assassins were remaining, but they were already released from the crowd control of Legionnaire. A few strikes in and he was not able to touch them anymore. The assassins have now come towards me with Legionnaire not able to cover me in time with the distance I created between us. But I am not worried because Michelle should be done on her side.
"Thank you for waiting."
"Took you long enough. I thought those two people won't last even ten seconds against you. The level gap really has affected that much."
"I'll cover it up by smacking these people into oblivion."
Everything is going well— Aria and ChickB are almost done with their side and Michelle's supports was enough to let Legionnaire join the fray once again. The eight people who were left at the back are still being idle even though some of them are already fidgeting to clash with us. I decided to focus my hearing at their side, thanks to a passive skill, while we finish off the remaining enemies they sent out.
"… They are stronger than I thought."
"Should we start moving Guild Leader?"
"If this goes on, our guild will be an embarrassment. This is a good opportunity to have my name shine, I can't afford to lose now… You there, I order you to start killing them."
Filan Soja ordered the black-clad man who had not move a single centimetre from his position. From what I observe, Filan Soja is not confident on the rest of his crew except this mysterious member of his. I was going to alert my teammates of this course of action, but the following words between the opposing Guild Leader and his member caught me in surprise.
"I think I made sure that my condition of joining this hopeless guild is that I won't be bothered following your instructions."
"I'm the Guild Leader! As long as you're in my guild you fight for me!"
*Bored Sigh* "A hopeless guild with a hopeless leader. Still a baby in the end. My job can finally begin. I guess I can act now."
"Hahaha! In the end, no one can oppose my orders even if you're one of the top Rankers."

While they were having their own world, our side was almost done. Just another ten seconds and we will be coming for those who remains, but Aria has a different idea. Out of nowhere, before I was even able to shout at her, she dashes to Filan Soja. Her action will result into her being isolated because the place she was going is difficult for people like Legionnaire to come up.
The eight people idling on top of the roof of a building saw Aria and prepare to meet her. At this point, she will be bombarded by skills before she can do anything—I have no choice but to support with my bow from far away.
"The spotlight is mine!"
"Careful girl, you're going to ruin my face for the camera."
Filan Soja met Aria's sabre and repelled her initial attack. My arrows were able to stop those people who were planning to back-up their leader against Aria. But that does not mean the fight is over.
When the last enemy fell under ChickB, I immediately order my group to join her without hesitation. We could have taken advantage of their leader being careless, but Aria has destroyed it all. I cannot let this go unnoticed and I will talk to her later after this war is done.
"Big Sister, I'm here to support you."
"Thanks, ChickB. But I still got the last hit against their guild leader, Ok?"
"The hell are you doing LadyQueen! You rushed in without any care!"
"Geh- Legionnaire… They were very weak, so it was better if we finish them off early."
The argument between the group did not stop the fight at all. In fact, everything was playing out what we usually do if we group up together. Although this war should have ended earlier if we only took the advantage of them being down to eight people after the useless move of Filan Soja.
Aria got their leader pinned down while we tackle on the rest who were attempting to protect their leader. I am surprised Aria is currently dominating Filan Soja single-handedly this bad. I expected a crazy good player base on all the narcissistic speech he has been giving. I cannot help but think that maybe he is just acting this weak and he has a trump card in possession.
"Why are you idling around, you piece of shit! Come help me here before I tell you off to your leader."
Out of nowhere, Filan Soja cried out loud to the only person who did not move at all regardless of the intense battle going on.
"What will you tell my leader? I'm just doing my job."
"Your job is to protect me, and you're not doing anything at it."
"No- My job is just to observe the people in Gold Paradise."

That seems to have triggered the black-clad man because he suddenly vanished from his position. A second later, he appeared at the back of Legionnaire preparing for a skill. That is probably the skill [First Step] which lets you move in a inhumane speed with the first attack being a 100% critical hit. It is a deadly move for any assassin, but Legionnaire has crazy HP and defence which negates the chances of a successful assassinate.
"[Paralysis]"
"Fuuu!"
Legionnaire was paralyzed from head to toe. It is a simple crowd control skill, but it was an effective one. Neither of us expected that he will be wasting the critical hit and instead, use the opportunity to stun our tank.
This mysterious man probably has more than one movement base skill which helps him close out to his target. By the way he joined in the fight, the six of us focus our gazes to him in preparation on what he will do next.
