Aight listen up.
I'm 19 about to turn 20. My whole life I've been stuck to a computer screen, and because of that I have some health problems.
Mainly my not so straight back and eyesight.
So I've finally decided to work out even just a little bit, for now.
Even though I can't get my back straight anymore, I can get it better by training my back muscles.
It feels weird to talk about it, but I kinda need help.
I just wanna train using my body weight (for now at least), however I don't have a clue what to do.
Well I know a little, and I can do most things at least a bit, so if you can help me get ideas, I'm thankful.
