When Anne left Jenny also turn to leave but before she could reach the door a hand grabbed her, and she was thrown to a warm embrace. "Jen why did you came?"
" Sorry did I disturbed your precious meeting?" she pushed him away and waited for his explanation.
Paul frowned and looked at her with his deep eyes "no. why you say so?"
"who is she?" Jenny gritted her teeth.
Paul took two step and held her waist and pulled her closer "She is not worth mentioning"
Jenny did not expected that answer. What did Paul take her for, a stupid "Really Paul I am not a fool just like that a by passer can't enter your office. You are not reachable"
With that she struggled to get out from his embrace "Jen are you angry?"
"Should I be happy seeing other woman in your embrace. Do you want me to dance?"
Paul felt wrong and said "I didn't hold her. I will only hold you"
"Stop lying you didn't resisted when she tried to approach you. If I did not show up would you really"
Jenny's heart broke by even thinking of that. Tears started to fall from her eyes. When she came here how she expected to spend a happy time with him and now look how things turned up.
Seeing her cry Paul wanted to wipe her tears but Jenny pushed him when he was off guarded and ran out of the office. Paul also ran out after her .
When Paul reached Jenny already took the CEO elevator, so he had to use another elevator.
Jenny cried in the elevator and when she get off the elevator she felt dizzy. She didn't had even a drop of water for the whole day and now crying made her weaker. So, jenny stopped at her track but her tears never stopped from shedding. Seeing her crying miserably many employees stopped and started gossiping. Jenny realized that she was attracting crowd, so she wanted to leave.
The moment she took a step forward her hand was grabbed by a powerful hand. Without looking back Jenny knew who it was. She tried to shake off, but she was too weak for it. She wiped her tears before turning around.
"Mr. Paul Gordon so many people are looking can you leave me"
"no, I am not afraid of crowd. Anyways, I did not hold you to leave you" he tightened his grip, still he ensured that she did not get hurt.
"Really prove it. You can't right I knew that" Jenny knew that Paul was not ready to public their relationship but deep inside she really hope he could prove his love for her today.
Paul knew how she wanted him to prove his love for her. Without any hesitation he looked at the crowd and said in a loud voice "can anyone of you recognize her?"

Paul did not cared about the crowd and pulled Jenny out of the crowed who was still unable to gain her real self. When they finally reached the CEO office Paul pressed Jenny to his embrace. Jenny can feel his strong heartbeat. Being nervous she wanted to push him away. To her surprise Paul released her after a few seconds. He grabbed his coat from the chair and said.
"Jen lets go out and have lunch"
The moment Paul mentioned food Jenny's stomach started growling. Being embarrassed Jenny looked away. Paul curved his lips to an arc. "looks like you are really hungry"
Jenny nodded her head as a response. How can she not be hungry. She even did not took her breakfast today. She was really hungry now.
Before leaving the office, Paul held Jenny by her waist. As if it was natural for him to do that.

"Kia what happened?" Scott asked with curiosity.
"Babe can you believe Anne came back?"

"I thought she would never come out from her cave. Looks like we really underestimate her"
Scott squeezed his eyes.

Scott pulled her closer and was about to kiss her when Kiara patted his shoulder and shouted "Mom you are back"
He immediately paced between the two and looked toward the door to greet his mother. Founding no one at the door he pulled his gaze next to him, but Kiara already stood up from the sofa and was at a safe distance from him.
When Scott was about to kiss her. She did it deliberately in order to tease him. Now she was laughing so much that even her stomach starts to ache. Seeing Scott standing up she ran not to be caught up. Scott also ran behind her. The house was filled with the noise of their laughter's.
