"This is what we found, Mad Man. Please check the liquid inside of these syringes and their blood sample which Sophia gave us, she said you will need them." Amph puts down the five syringes that she picked up on top of a shiny metal table and five small vials that have the Rat's blood in them. A white-haired old man who was wearing a long pale white lab coat walked towards the metal table while staring towards Amph and Turme.
"Oooooo... A new sample! Thank you for sending these straight to me, I will check them right away and send the report of it as fast as I can. Sophia knows me so well." Man Man smiled widely while slowly took a closer look towards each of the syringes and vials.
"These samples look very interesting. I think I will enjoy writing the report for this one." Mad Man smiled while holding the vials above his head and slides the syringes into his left lab coat pocket.
"Please make the report as fast as you can Mad Man. Because we need to show your report to the King." Turme said while looking towards Mad Man who nodded while sliding the vials to his right lab coat pocket.
"I will do it as fast as I can. But, if you want me to speed up the process to the best of my abilities, Amph can leave me a vial of her poison. I really, really want to take a look at it." Mad Man smirked while looking towards Amph who felt creep out.
"No. And please stop asking me that every time I come here. You're disgusting." Amph looked towards Mad Man in disgust while Mad Man smiled widely towards her.
"Come on... I only want one vial. I won't do anything weird with it, I promise. I just want to know how it works." Mad Man begged with his hands interlocked in front of his chest, Amph continues to look towards him with disgust while he kept begging.
"That's enough Mad Man, the King is waiting for us. Please check them as fast as you can and send me the report, let's go Amph." Turme looked towards Mad Man who sighed and nodded, he turned around and walked into his laboratory leaving Turme and Amph.
"Okay, I'll do my best." Mad Man waved towards Turme and Amph while he walked through a large metal door.
"Let's go Amph." Turme turned around and walked out of Mad Man's office with Amph right behind him.
"Hmmmm... These are interesting." Mad Man slowly stroke his chin while staring towards a small display screen that's connected to a large white oval machine. The machine was spinning at a high velocity and suddenly stopped while Mad Man tapped on the small display a couple of times.
He turned around and walked towards a printer that was on the edge of a metal table that was covered in piles upon piles of papers. KREET! KREET! KREET! PIP! PIP! PIP! The printer suddenly prints on its own and Mad Man stands right in front of it.
After a couple of seconds, the printer stopped printing and Mad Man grabbed a couple of papers which he quickly reads while walking around. He arrived at a large wooden table that was covered in piles of books and sat down on a worn-down leather chair "These are enhancements drugs. But why do they have animal DNA in them? It explains why they turned into gigantic rats but why are they making these?"
Mad Man turned a couple of pages and kept reading for a couple of minutes "Those contestants kept their DNA, which is good. I can easily turn them back into humans and I'm pretty sure these aren't the best ones that they have because I can easily improve on them. They used those contestants as test subjects, I have to send this report now."
Ting! Tong! "We have arrived at the King's chamber, Sir. Turme, and Madam. Amph. Please have an amazing day." The elevator door slowly opened on its own while Turme and Amph stand beside each other.
"Thank you, Claire." The two of them walked out of the elevator and walked through a long and wide hallway.
Beep! Beep! Beep! Turme reached into the pocket of his robe and took out his phone which was ringing loudly. Turme answered the phone after he saw Mad Man was written in the middle of his phone "Yes Mad Man. Okay, thank you very much. Goodbye."
"Mad Man is done with his report. Let's go." Turme puts his phone away and picked up his pace while Amph nodded and followed right behind him.
Turme and Amph turned a corner and saw Chester who was a couple of meters in front of them looking towards his phone "Chester, what are you doing here?"
"Oh! Turme! Amph! The King has summoned me, what are you two doing here?" Chester answered and asked as he stopped and looked towards Turme and Amph who stopped beside him.
"We're here to report on the incident in the game," Turme answered.
"I saw that incident. Let's go, the King must have been waiting for us," Chester said and Turme nodded while he walked forwards. Chester and Amph quickly followed Chester and the three of them entered the King's throne room.
"Turme, explain to me what happened on stage ten," Kuma asked while standing on the edge of his throne with his hands folded right in front of his chest.
"Yes, my King, The Rat Pack have used syringes that the Bangarang gave them using a package and turned themselves into gigantic rats," Turme explained while keeping his head down as he kneeled in front of the King's throne with Chester and Amph beside him.
"We retrieved the syringes that they used and one of them has some liquid left inside of it. We sent it straight to Mad Man and he has sent us the result." Turme added.
"Okay, tell me what Mad Man found," Kuma said.
"He wrote that it was an enhancement drug, it has animal DNA inside of it which is why The Rat Pack has turned into gigantic monstrous rats. He wrote that the drug is in its early stages and the Bangarang must have a better version of it. The Bangarang used The Rat Pack as their test subject." Turme explained.
"What about the package? Have you look for them?" Kuma asked.
"Yes, my King. We have looked for it but all we found are remains of it. The Rat Pack has burned every package that they received." Amph answered.
"What's the condition of The Rat Pack? Are they conscious?" Kuma asked while looking towards Turme, Amph, and Chester.
"No, my King. After turning into gigantic rats, they bled a large amount of blood in their fight against the Beasts. They're still unconscious as their body slowly healed in the medical area." Turme explained.
"Keep a close eye on them and if they regain their consciousness, tell Truth to interrogated them," Kuma instructed.
"Yes, my King." Turme and Amph nodded while Kuma looked towards Chester.
"Chester empty all of our offices and sell the buildings. I don't want any more unnecessary casualties." Kuma explained.
"Right away, my King." Turme, Amph, and Chester bowed to Kuma and went out of the room while Kuma walked back to his throne.
He sat down on his throne and grabbed a round glass that was filled with neon green liquid while smiling widely "Let's see if you will attack my base."
"Sir, they have shut down all of their offices and sold most of them," Deus reported while standing in front of the Defense Minister's table. The Defense Minister smiled and stands up from his chair while carefully placing his cigar on his ashtray.
"That bear is smart. What about their headquarters? Have you found it yet? You have been trying to find them for a couple of weeks now." The Defense Minister asked.
"If my calculations are correct, we will find their headquarters in roughly one and a half weeks, Sir," Deus answered.
"That good. How many Merge do you have that are one hundred percent ready?" The Defense Minister while staring towards a window that was behind his chair.
"I have managed to create five types of Merges Sir. I have thirty of each type and in total, I have one hundred and fifty that are ready for testing Sir." Deus explained while looking towards the Defense Minister.
"I have been running dozens of tests on them and the results are very promising. There are still a couple more tests for them but for now, they're ready for field testing Sir." Deus added.
"Very good, keep growing their numbers. What about the type that I asked you to make? How is it going?" The Defense Minister asked.
"It's still in the middle of a big trial, but it's showing very promising results," Deus answered.
"Keep me updated on that and I love this view, Deus." The Defense Minister smiled wickedly while looking through the slightly tinted window. On the other side of the glass, hundreds of tubes that were filled with different color liquids lined up neatly a couple of meters below the glass.
