Khanna's house
Khanna made arrangement for lunch and inform shivay about same.
Shivay don't have heart to disturb his kitten who was too busy enjoying with her kitten friends forgeting about surrounding but he has to as it's already past lunch time.
Shivay: Bud lets go it's lunch time.
Jiya : ( with say face) Do we have to leave now?? Can't I play more?? Suddenly a smile broke on her face. Idea you give me a map directing way to orphanage then you can leave and when it's close to dawn I will also leave pretty please. She suggest with a cute pout.
Shivay: First of all stop overthinking and give break to your small brain. Secondly it's past lunch time so now you are going to come with me to have food. And about your playing you can come back as lunch has been arranged inside the house only. Saying this he hold her hand and move towards house.
Once he reach dining table he make her seat then he also take his place beside her and Khanna started to serve them he plated mix vegetables with roti accompanies by dal and rice. Jiya was making faces and moving her eyes here and there all over expect food seeing this shivay ask her to eat with confusion. Jiya saw here and there and when she ensured that Khanna is no where near she softly tug his sleeve and speak in mere wishper.
Jiya : ( sadly) I am not hungry so you have yours then we will go and play with my friends.
Shivay: ( sternly) I can hear weird sound from your stomach. I also know that you haven't ate anything for breakfast and now it's already mid afternoon so now give rest to your tongue and make your teeth to chew.
Jiya: ( with hesitation) Bear I don't have enough money to pay so please let me go so that I can play with my friends. She told with bow head.
Anger rise into shivay that how could she think so low of him like he will demand money for food but then he remember about Mishra's word how she is paying for her staying and food and if she fails to do so then no food. Somehow he calm himself down
Shivay: Rose it's for you only and you don't have to think about anything just enjoy your food. He explain her softly. Till then khanna comeback with buttermilk so shivay just signal her through eyes to eat without any tension and she happily obliged.
Once they were done with lunch she helped Khanna to clean table shivay try to stop her but she said that "We should put our plate in sink not to let other to do this work" so shivay also helped them much to Khanna's believe. Jiya even want to wash vessels but Khanna informed about maid timing so she will take care of this in evening.
Jiya again get busy with her stuff while shivay sat a bit far from where he can keep a watchful eye and scrolling down to important mail.
After sometime time he got call from Mishra.
Shivay: Yes Mishra
Mishra: Sir just now I receive an application to adopt Jiya. Before he can say anything else shivay shoots many questions like how is that idiot and how could someone want to adopt an 17 year old.
Shivay: ( in dangerously cold voice). Are you going to say that stupid's name or you want to lose your job
Mishra: mummers "as of your are letting me to speak". Shivay again shouts "speak loudly so that I can hear your". "Sir it's from Jim and John the backers from Mom's cafe.
Shivay: Reject that application.
Mishra: S...i.....r actually we can't do that as she is minor and twins also don't have any bad background their are also somewhat financially stable. He Cut him in between " Really are they have more financial stability then me. No ?? Right then we can deny them. To which Mishra try to explain him "Sir it's you who is stable financially but orphanage do not have any security and it's rule that if a person is earning good enough with an family with no past crime records and drinking and smoking habits then they can adopt kid". He succeeded in explaining his thick headed boss.
Shivay: what if two people wants to adopt same kid at a time??
Mishra: Then the person with more eligibility get privilege to take the kid But kid also have say in this with whom he/she want to go.
Shivay: Okay do one thing prepare an application under my name to adopt Jiya. And send me it's copy.
Mishra: I will do that sir just give me half an hour.
Saying this he cut the call making Shivay encroaching in his work once again.

While in the other side in the cafe all had finger crossed after applying for Jiya's adoption.
Where as Tia is busy in plotting against Jiya with the help of Amita.
Tia : What can be done? Dad is out of country can't ask for his help. Have to do something by own. Think think...
Amita: Can't you call his family and inform that he is roming around with an orphan.
Tia: He haven't talk to his famil in years he is only in contact with his dad. She jump in happiness earning " are you a kid or mad " kinda look from Amita. " He never deny his father he will do anything to make him happy so now I am going to call him"
Amita: How exactly he will be helpful???
Tia: Come on yaar shivay is son of Asia's top most businesses man. So it's obviously he care for his reputation. Just wait and watch.
Tia called Mr. Oberoi after few rings he pick her call
Mr.Oberoi : Hello Ravi Oberoi is here.
Tia: Good afternoon uncle I am Tia Kapoor
Mr.Oberoi : Ohh Tia how are you it's been long I have meet your dad and you. Is there any emergency that you have called me now ?? He in business tone.
Tia : Wo...woo uncle I have call you to inform about shivay.
Ravi: ( worryingly ) What happen to him is he all right??
Tia: Actually uncle he is perfectly right but the main problem is that there is an orphan girl who is trying to trap him in her fake self. I have done her background check up and you know what I found out is really very stocking she is trapping a lot of wealthy men and once she get tried off then she leaves them totally heartbroken. She made a story and narrates in ulterly sad tone.
Mr. Oberoi: ( calmly) How old she is ??
Tia looked towards Amita and lips how old she is?? She replied same way.
Tia: Around 17 / 18.
Mr. Oberoi: Okay I got it. Thanks dear for informing I will surly look after this matter and lead shivay to his happiness.
Mr.Oberoi cut the call and ask his assistant to book tickets of first flight for Mysore.
Where as Tia got satisfied thinking that now Jiya will be shown her place.

Here at khanna's house shivay receive mail from Mishra as get supper duper angry.
He dail his number.
Mishra: Evening sir. He wished him in happy tone as he thought that his boss called him to appreciate as he made good application to adopt Jiya that no one can deny.
Shivay: ( full ranged he shouts) What the hell is this Mishra what nonsense you have typed in this bloody letter??
Mishra: What happen sir did I made any mistake in application. He asked frighten.
Shivay: Mistake?? Are you asking me that if you have made any mistake??? Then NO it's not a mistake but a blunder. Did you hear clearly it's an bloodily blunder. He again shout at him.
Mishra: Sir please explain me I am not getting it. He asked stammering as aware of his temper as know very well that now he can soon be jobless
Shivay: This letter states " I shivay Singh Oberoi want to adopt Jiya as my sister/daughter" do you even have any sense. I want her as mine like a lover want his love not as my daughter or sister.
Mishra: I am extremely sorry sir. But sir you have to adopt a kid as family member you can't adopt them as lover. He said helplessly.
Shivay also was not able to conclude anything. He can't marry her being minor. To take under his wing as sister or daughter is not possible even in next seven births.
Shivay: Do one thing hold twins on stand by. And if they call or ask for their application by any means inform them that someone else also have applied for Jiya's adoption and final decision will be taken after few inquiries only. After that he cut the call and move towards Jiya where khanna was also present accompanying her.
Khanna was sitting on ground which Jiya was making something with his hair.
Shivay: Bud why are you giving a massage to him?? He asked softly to her but gave a hard glare to Khanna. To which he try to stand up but stopped by Jiya.
Jiya: Bear I am trying to make hairstyle on him I want to make two small pigtails and braid then as well but don't how to make. She told with an innocent pout. While Khanna gave helpless look as she made him her experiment toy
Shivay: I will teach you someday now come it's going to be dark in few minutes.
Jiya: My friends. She pointed at kittens who were in deep slumber after playing with her.
Shivay: Tomorrow again you can play but now we have to leave I have conference in late evening come let's go.
Jiya: But from tomorrow I have to work as your PA that's to 24/7. She said sadly.
Shivay: You will meet and play with them everyday and in few days I will make arrangements so that they can live you.
Jiya: (She started to jump in happiness)Really?? Will you go that. Promise???
Shivay: Promise. Now come he hold her hand and walk towards parking.
He instructed Khanna to take them sunshine orphanage first and then to office for his conference.
