Raj started off the conversation by announcing their reason for coming to the now destroyed planet. "We have all gathered here for a few reasons; one, the enormous amount of space-law that was used. This makes me believe that it is either someone sitting at this table or a hidden expert. Of course, whether or not the fluctuations in space-law are related to the planet's destruction is another thing entirely."
"Along with this, we would like to use this chance to do two things unrelated to this incident. Firstly, we would like to set up a tournament for the planets once more, to rearrange the rankings. Apparently, some planets have produced geniuses that would like to fight for their planet's position."
"The other thing we'd like to do is announce that the prizes for the tournament will be different. Now, based on cultivation level, we'll have different divisions. Each winner will receive a pill that has just the right amount of energy to advance, unless they are trying to advance into Celestial Emperor."
"Please note that more space-law usage was detected going off in that-", Raj points towards the direction that Al had gone, "direction. As such, we will send a few people to follow the trail. If there are any emergencies, please use your talismans to contact someone here. Now, I'll let Little Lin take over."
Raj stops talking and gestures towards Lin. Lin coughs a few times before starting in a rough voice, "Now that we've all gathered here, I'd like to know if any of you have any information that we may have not gathered."
One man speaks out, "I heard that it was a giant space monster!"
"Is there anyone who knows some other piece of information? We have already confirmed that there is no such thing as a giant space monster; these spatial fluctuations have no similarity to those released by space-law beasts. In fact, it is most similar to that of a human or, perhaps, some humanoid species."
After hearing this, everyone thinks back to whether they had anymore information, when one of the leaders of a large planet, one that was quite powerful, remembered some information he had gotten.
"There was a survivor that came to my planet; when he reported to our government, he said that there was no Qi used, as far as he could detect, nor was it caused by explosives. He said the only thing he detected were the spatial fluctuations that we all detected as well."
This made the others at the table quiet down. Destroying a planet wasn't unheard of, and only the three Great Planets could do it with only one person, but it should not be possible to destroy it with no Qi. In fact, probably only Lin's Sword, Lotus's 7 Golden Needles, or Raj's Demonslayer could destroy a planet without Qi, but those were all legendary weapons. However, there was rumored to be one more legendary weapon; the Heaven's Spear.
Perhaps somebody had found it? If so, the notion itself was terrifying. After all, legendary weapons couldn't be wielded by anyone; the minimum requirement was to be a Celestial Emperor of the 2nd layer. As of now, the only three people even in Celestial Emperor stage were right in front of them; what if there was another one?
Depending on what planet they came from, it could either cement the position of one of the Great Planets, or add a new Great Planet to the list. Following this line of thought, many of the people at the table were now both excited and scared about finding the person behind this. After all, it could lead to their destruction, or their success.
Lotus finally spoke up, "All in favor of finding this mysterious person, raise your hand. No using Qi to force others to raise their hands, or making fake hands. Those who do not want to find this person, keep your hand down. Those who are not sure, decide quickly. I do not have much time to waste on this meeting."
And so, half the people at the table instantly raised their hands, while a few more people raised their hands after some contemplation. A few people caved into peer pressure, while others chose the same decision as their allies. Some, voted against it out of spite for their enemies.
The final vote ended with two thirds of planets voting to find the person behind the destruction. Lotus quickly wrapped up the meeting so she could get back to her sect. One of her elders had informed her of an emergency. Meanwhile, all the small planets waited for the larger ones to leave first.
After everyone had left, there was only one person left. If Al were there, he would've been shocked; after all, the person looked extremely similar to him.

Meanwhile, Alioth had just reached the town. It was as you'd expect from some town in the middle of nowhere next to some woods. Walls made of logs, houses with straw roofs, and so on, at least near the entrance. The living conditions got noticeably better the close you got to the center, until you reached the Mayor's Manor. It was lavishly decorated, an obvious waste of money that could be used elsewhere.
Alioth suddenly had a bad feeling; however, something else told him that while it would be bad to the old him, the new him could just teleport away. In any case, he decided to go there anyway. After all, he hadn't eaten any food, had a shower, or slept in a bed, not that he really needed to.
He noticed the glances that people sent him. After all, they hadn't expected someone new to come from the forest, and he was obviously not one of the city guards.
