Alison exclaimed as we busted through the doors to school without care about who saw.
"Think about it. Vampires suck people's blood to stay alive right? Well, they sound like bigger and more humanlike mosquitoes to me!"
I tried to convince my friends but being the hard-headed idiots they were, they kept rolling their eyes at me.
"Addie, mosquitoes are small parasites that can easily be killed."
"Kat, vampires are parasitic blood-drinking creatures that can be killed by sunlight. And if I'm not mistaken, we often see mosquitoes come out mostly during the night just like a certain supernatural being, right?"
Turning at me with a dull look I reciprocated it with a smug one. She knew I was right. That's why she kept her mouth shut.
