"Let's see what we're dealing with."
With those words, Suuco begins unpacking the FDVR Headset, and plugging everything in.
After a bit of trial and error, a slight vibration was felt on the headset for a split second.
"Now, where do I put this thing?" Suuco opens the Case to get the Game Chip from inside.
Looking around, there seemed to be a small latch on the side of the headset. Removing the latch revealed a small insert for the Game Chip.
As he inserts the chip, he thinks for one last time before he puts it in.
'Would be cool if it could be a game I was good at.'
With that, he inserts the game, closes the latch, puts on the headset, and lies in his bed. Pushing a button on the left side of the headset started the dive process with a little buzz sound.
The world goes white.
When he comes to, Suuco finds himself in a Small Blue Space. Within this space were 3 Screens, while the other 2 were greyed out, probably locked until he logged in.
'So I just put in a Username and Password. Seems easy enough."
As he thinks about a Username, his mind wanders to "LucXy", the Creator of the famous FDVR Game, SMO.
With a few clicks of some buttons, he decides on the Username, "LacX".
A second screen pops up for confirmation.
After clicking "Yes", the first screen glows a bit, then greys out. Afterwards, the second screen lights up.
'Weapons and Stat Points? Sounds a lot like an RPG.'
Looking through the weapons, he sees many options, all except Firearms. Well, he wouldn't want one if they were even on the list.
'Guess I could just use a Sword, or maybe something Smaller.'
As he rescans the weapons, he decides on the "Dagger" Weapon. A Dagger appears on his side, along with a Belt and Sheath.
'Now Stat Points. How should I do this?'
Looking through the Stats, there are 6 different stats.
[Stat Points : 1000]
'What should I do? With 1000 Points I could become pretty strong, couldn't I? Well, I don't like to fight, and I don't like getting hit, so maybe I should just pump all of the points into Agility? I also don't feel like using Magic, at least not right now, since I would need to learn how to use it first.'
With his mind made up, he puts all of his points into Agi.
After the deed, the screen, just like the last one, glowed then faded.
Before he could look at the last screen, he was givin an optional window.
Not knowing what benefits a Job could give, he decided to play it safe.
The small window disappears, and the final screen lights up.
'Unique? So only I would have it? Or is that just the rarity?' As Suuco thinks on that, he looks through the long list of Unique Skills.
After a while, it came down to 3 Options.
With "Infinite Mana", he wouldn't have to worry about MP Consumption, but he would still need to learn Magic.
With "Absolute Counter", he would just need to block, but there could be skills that can counter a counter.
Finally, with "Copy", there would be little to no downside. The only problem was, what he could and couldn't copy.
After an even longer time of thinking than before, Suuco finally decided on the "Copy" Skill, since he could probably duplicate important Items.
'Level? Rank? Are those important? and does that mean that I chose a Low Rank Skill?'
He decided to figure it out later.
This list seemed longer than the last, but if he could get something useful out of this, then why not?
After what seemed like Days on end, Suuco finally has his 3 Options.
After thinking for a while, these seemed to be the most logical choice if he didn't want to get into Fights with others.
After looking through the skills again, he decides to continue.
Same as the others, the screen glows and fades. Afterwards, another optional popup appeared.
'Beginners Guide? Well, I do only have a slight hint of what this game is.'
A book appears from the Screen, and lands in his hands.
"Beginners Guide to Sors Mea Online"
As Suuco looks at the name of the book, he couldn't help but get a smile on his face. Finding a Box in an Alleyway, obtaining a FDVR Headset, and finally the Case with a Game Chip. The Chip contained the most famous game currently known to man, and he was playing it in his own house.
'What are the Chances?'
Sors Mea Online
After getting his mind back together, he flips to a random page in the Guide, which conveniently lands on a Page for explaining Skills.
[Acquiring Skills]
Skills are everywhere in SMO.
Flight, Magic, Strength beyond the normal Bulldozer.
Skills can be obtained in very many ways. Look at something long enough, maybe a Skill will pop up. Use your weapon enough, and get a Weapon Skill. Make something, and get a Crafting Skill.
With the amount of Skills that exist in SMO, anything could happen.
Suuco flips to the next page.

[Skill Levels and Ranks]
As you use a Skill, the Skill Exp will increase. With enough Exp, the skill Levels Up.
Now, after a Skill reaches Level 10, you can Rank Up the Skill to a Rank Higher.
An F-Rank Skill would become E-Rank.
After a Rank Up, the Skill would revert to Level 1. Leveling would be 10% Harder every Rank Up.

Suuco Sighs with relief from knowing that his F-Rank Skills are not low rarity, but just low ranked. He continues to read.
<><><><><><><><><><>
When a Skill Ranks Up, One, or even Both of 2 things can happen.
1. The MP/SP Consumption may decrease by 1 or more.
2. The Effectiveness of a Skill can increase. For Example, +10% Agi would become +15% Agi after leveling up.

Closing the book, the Book disappears and another popup appears.
After confirming everything that he has done, he finally presses the big [Start] button in the middle if the room.
"Here we go."
The World goes White.
