His lips twitched, "do you think i will lie to you?"
"No but people change." she added, "contract signing would make it official."
"So you actually do know that you can't trust people so easily" he asked, shaking his head with a chuckle.
She knew he was making fun of her dark history.
"That was only once at the bar, okay. She was my roommate." she replied pouting.
"Only once." he asked, raising a brow, his smile slowly vanishing from his face.
She furrowed her brows, then she widened her eyes, her mouth open in shock, "how do you know?" she shuddered.
But instead of replying he just chuckled. His fascinated chuckle rang in her ears, bringing her back there.
"You were keeping an eye on me" she asked, faking anger, but she felt warm inside at least he still cared for him when he could not be with her.
"Sigh.. little angel i don't know how you have survived in this world alone for this long." he asked, amazed.
