Prince Lixue settled down next to He Meili on their seat and took the drink Meili had poured for him. Auran did not know how to stop him from drinking it.
The ceremony continued and Lixue sat with a pleasant smile. But a blessing passed by when danger awaited Crown Prince Lixue. The drink was spilled. When Volca passed through, her powerful aura caused the tiny tea table fall off. She was swift like a wind. Auran was relieved. But he noticed that Volca glanced at Lixue for a millisecond while she left. Disappointment spread across He Meili's face like a dark rain cloud but Lixue failed to notice it.
"Am fine," he said and cleaned the place using his powers. "Are you okay?" He asked Meili instead.
"Could she have seen He Meili's doing?" Auran wondered.
"Am okay," she said and looked away.
