Amphix pov

"Get up, we need you."

Huh?

I turn around to see Maleficent.. "ugh." I turn back around.

"That's not an option, it's an order. Get up now!" She raised her voice. "No." I mutter.

"You said I'm useless without my wings. Remember? You said i can't do anything without protection. Do you know how much that hurts? Do you?!" In return, Maleficent let's out a shakey breath.

"I didn't mean that." I heard the patting of her bare feet coming closer. "Oh sure."

"We need you Amphix, I need you.. i need you to help me. Please!" She cried. "I'm sorry, okay, for what i said, i was upset, just.." she paused and sniffled, "B-" she sobbed, "Borra.. Borra is hurt!"

Amphix shot around to face Maleficent, bruises engulfed the older feys skin. Her pain filling eyes looked pleadingly at Amphix as tears itched down her cheeks.

"Your serious." Amphix said. Maleficent only nodded and sniffed, walking closer to the purple fey. "I.. am so sorry." Maleficent whispered. "Okay.. okay, its okay.." Amphix whispered back.

The two embraced each other and soon they were off to Ulstead.

Once the castle came into view,  Amphix's stomach churned at the sight of pink dust and dead bodies. Iron built armor scattered throughout the entire yard, left behind from soldiers who are no longer in sight.

Amphix exhaled the breathe she hadn't known was held tightly in. "Where.. wheres Borra?" She asked as they finally reached the ground. "I told Diaval to take him to the other side of the river." Maleficent held Amphix's shoulders, "go, make sure he's alright. I shall take care of Ingris." Maleficent ordered, and the two parted.

Maleficent sighed and made her way to the top of the castle where the queen was located at.

Meanwhile, Amphix took off running as fast as she could, she found fairies exited a tall church, Aurora yelling for them to hurry out. A huge black bird-like bear stood on its hind legs, Diaval.

Amphix dodged pink bombs and arrows as she ran across the yard to the river. The clanking of iron swords coming in contact with think feathery wings filled her ears.

She threw herself into the river, pulling herself to the other side. The grass felt warm and soft, but there was no time to lose, she stood and made her way through the empty forest.
