Philip asked everyone if they have any questions regarding his abilities and the Agents of Chaos but they couldn't think of anything to ask
"Alright, after the battle against the Agents of Chaos, what happened?"
Philip asked
"Well, after that, for the next six months, nothing happened to much except for what I said earlier. We're just waiting for your awakening before all high and higher beings on Earth, along with the Secret Organizations and the government, to make their moves"
Sai asnwered
"Huh? Why? They could have done it when I was asleep"
"Your name quickly spread in the underworld and all powerful beings heard caught a wind of you. The Old Man also went ahead and confirmed it to Gaia, Diagonnaer, Barsoom, and the Observer. By then, your name quickly spread, but not publicized yet"
"Yet?"
"We plan to reveal your name to the world and give all credits to you"
"What credit?"
"Justine said that your research, Taking Advantage of Mana, Spirit, and Magic in the Mysticism Age to Develop the World, is finished and the Old Man decided to send copies to the other Six Fingers of the Secret Organizations and teh government for them to study it"
"What?!"
"Apparently, your research is ground breaking and deserved a noble prize because what you wrote everything about Mana"

Philip had mixed emotions. He doesn't know if he should feel happy, proud, or confused because they publicized it without his permission. But after a few moments of thinking, he didn't care that much and he wanted to see the world develop exponentially faster
"Have they been doing any more research based on my research?"
"I don't know, but according to Anonymous, they have been doing something and they have developed a lot, and I mean a lot! They're just being secretive about it for now in respect for you"
"Anonymous has revealed himself to you guys?"
"Yeah, he introduced himself as your information provider as long as you protect him from everyone, including the Old Man"
"Yeah, that's right"
"Then from that moment onward, he has been helping us by providing necessary information about what's happening around the world. Through the internet, media, and every Secret Organizations networks"
"Alright..."
"So, what do you say about the public, everyone in the world, knowing your name and face, as well as your reputation among super high class individuals, with the government, military, and popular and well-known business establishments and companies?"

Philip pondered for a while and thought for the pros and cons of his life being made known. There is a few cons where his personal life will be probed by thousands and millions of stalkers and hackers and his relationship in the past, his family, extended family, old classmates, old friends, even Eduardo and Ysabelle along with their families
'Hm... I guess that's not too bad... Eduardo and Ysabelle can handle themselves, they're smart. My old classmates and friends won't be affected too much, and I don't care about my old family anymore, so it's not too bad'
The pros that he thought about is that he'll become popular and a lot of people will respect him. Of course, there will be a lot of dangers, but he can always protect himself. Plus, there are several people who got his back. A goddess, a vampire, fire benders, and many more
"I think... Go ahead, I give my permission"
"We knew you'll say that..."
Sai said while she gave a smirk
"Anonymous, you heard him. Start the broadcast"
Sai waved her finger and flicked it towards the big flatscreen TV hanging on the ledge of the second floor of the library
"Alright!"
Anonymous' voice was heard from the speakers in the library and the TV turned on. The screen showed the place where the leaders of United Nations are holding a meeting
"Huh?!"
Philip voiced out in genuine confusion
"What is this?! Is this preplanned??? How'd you all know I will wake up today?"
"We don't, it's just coincidental that you woke up on the day that everyone will go public. We just needed you permission for your name to be publicized and Anonymous will relay that information to several layers of people until it reaches to them"
Sai pointed towards the leaders in the screen
"Huh? But nothing's coincidental?"
"Is that what you believe in? Then, perhaps what you did previously led us to here. Your Fate Control ability is very powerful and mysterious if that's the case"

Philip was silent. He didn't expect for things to go this fast, in all honesty, after he saw the changes in the world from the window in the room, he wanted to publicize his research to important figures and probably tell them his name too
"Don't worry, even us, who are present here... Don't know what they will say. Also, I suggest for Clara, Corleona, and Braudain to listen, so you can learn something about Earth. If you want, that is"
The leader of the United Nations then lined up across the platform. Surprisingly, the leaders of countries that are not included in the UN also lined up. The leader of United States of America stood in the middle and became the spokesperson

"Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to all our beloved people in the world. All of the leaders of each country in the world has gathered today in the United Nations Headquarters in New York for one sole reason"
Everyone in the world was watching the broadcast since almost everyone and their mothers has spread the date, time, and importance of the broadcast that was set by the local government and enforces to every city, province, remote locations, and suburbs
"As you may all have known, the world has undergone a drastic change for the past six months. We have confirmed according to our combined efforts of the researchers, scientist, and the military that Mana has appeared in the world. Yes, Mana that was mentioned in fiction that can produce magic is now a reality"
Hundreds of camera flashes then filled the entire headquarters after the leader of USA has confirmed the existence of Mana. Everyone in the world had mixed reactions, but most of the kids, teenagers, and young adults that has fantasized about magic wete extremely excited
Some has already tried to manipulate the present Mana in the air to make magic, some took it seriously and tried to understand magic in the real world, and some were obsessed that they did everything they can to possess magic
"Because of this, drastic changes must also happen in terms of structure in the world. Meaning, there will be a change in the borders of continents, countries, and divisions. This decision was agreed upon by all of us and we judged that this will be the best course of action for future plans that we will make as time goes by"
Like before, this statement earned several reactions from almost 7 billion people on Earth. They were confused about borders among continents and countries as they are afraid that wars will wage on to defend their borders. There will be people and organizations that will be against this decision and they will wage war against the government
"Do not worry, no wars will be had because all leaders of every countries on Earth agreed to this decision. If there are wars, anarchy, or irrational destruction that will occur, we will handle it swiftly and peacefully without getting anyone hurt, trust us"
Of course, people were skeptic and doubtful about the government ending wars where they can just show force like intercontinental ballistic missile or nuclear bombs, so the civilians were very scared and the resistance became wary
"Finally, we would like to formally and officially announce that the United Nations will be changed. It will now be rebranded to Utopia of United Intercontinental Global Organization or UUIGO. This is because all of us that are present here has agreed to be united for the betterment of the world"
As usual, several and different reactions were made and most of them were positive. The people were touched that all nations and countries decided to be united into one so that there will be no more conflicts, wars, or misunderstandings between nations
"Please wait for our further announcements in the future while we finalize and execute our plans. In the meantime, a few minutes from now, four division leaders will reveal themselves to the world and discuss further changes in the world in this same broadcast. Note that they are above us, the UUIGO, and they are important personalities. A hint for everyone who are uninterested or anticipating this broadcast, our world will not be called as Earth anymore... That will be all"
It was then that the leaders all simultaneously exited the premises and went into a more secured room where media and cameras won't be able to come in, for their protection.
Meanwhile, everyone in the world is in turmoil after the American leader teased something in the end. Some laughed at his statement because Earth will always be called Earth and that won't be changed, while some of the others began to speculate what the new name of the world will be called in the internet. Some names were ridiculous and inappropriate, while some are smart and clever

Philip was silent while watching the entire broadcast. He listened closely at what the leaders have to say
"What do you think, Philip?"
Sai asked Philip, expecting a positive response
"It is as what I expected"
"Hm?"
Sai was stunned after Philip answered that he expected what the leaders said. It was the same for the others but they're more confused and intrigued
"You expected what exactly?"
"I expected for all nations to unite and the change within continental and country borders. It was the same for the four divisions and the name change or Earth"
"How? You were asleep for six months, unless you were conscious but and pretending to sleep that entire time?"
"No? I already predicted this since four and a half years ago, the moment I controlled the fate of the Earth"

"Don't get me wrong... I'm actually excited about all of this, I'm just curious about how this will be executed flawlessly. Who are four division leaders anyway?"
"Ah! The first one was supposed to be the Old Man, but since he's the Seventh Finger of the Secret Organizations, someone else had to take the position. A person who has the power to control the government and military... In other words me! Even though I'm a goddess, I won't be related to the third division since I'm not an object of faith on Earth and there's no religion of me in this world"
"I see... Then, I have an inkling of an idea of who the other leaders might be"
"Really?!"
Sai asked in a doubting tone. Everyone else who was present was confused as to how the conversation is flowing all over the place. But, they're still intrigued at what's happening, even though there were numerous revelations that they didn't knew about
On the other hand, the residents of Saykrandae is learning the affairs of Earth quickly. Even though Corleona didn't want to learn anything, she's learning too fast by just hearing. She couldn't help it because she likes studying
"Wait a minute... If the leaders of the four divisions is about to be broadcasted in a few minutes... How are you going to show yourself if you're here?!"
"With this!"
Sai pulled out a high-tech modified laptop that was pre-upgraded by Sheena earlier. She opened the laptop and faced the monitor towards herself. The camera feed showed herself with Alucard as her background. Though only Alucard's pale chin is only shown due to Sai's size in comparison to Alucard. Also, Alucard doesn't seem to be bothered by the fact that he's a background and he found it entertaining
"Anonymous provided this laptop to us, so that no one would be able to trace our location. It is also specially bound to the other devices and into the broadcast system. In the case, no one would be able to interfere with us"
"I see... You're all prepared with this, huh?"
"Of course! This is very important for the world after all"
"Alright, I recognize everyone's dedication! By the way, after all of this are done, I want everyone to stay on their seats. I have to do something to all of you"
After hearing Philip's words, some of them were confused while others just nodded
"Wow, the way you worded that sounds scary or exciting"
Sai commented while Justine, Vanessa, and Tenshi giggled
"Haaah?!! What are you saying? It's nothing too bad"
"Hehe, alright alright!"
It was then that it was time for the broadcast of the introduction of the four division leaders. Sai prepared the laptop and turned it on. The rest looked towards the TV and watched

The broadcast resumed and revealed Sai with her smug and confident expression

Everyone that was watching were entranced by her piercing violet eyes and black horns grew on the top side of her head that curved towards the back. A few people thought that this small girl was cosplaying, others were annoyed and confused as to why such a small girl is considered as a division leader that's higher than nation leaders, a few people also thought that this girl is one of those anime tropes where they are small but in reality they're adults, and many questioned her appearance considering the existence of Mana because of her violet eyes and black horns
The people watching also were confused about the person behind the little girl that she's sitting on. Seeing his chin already caught the attention of many as they have the opinion that it's the perfect chin in the world
"Mortals! Or should I say... People of Earth!"
Sai opened up with a greeting
"I am Saykrandae, or Sai for short, a Goddess from another world! Has become the First Division leader of Earth!"
