They had walked a few meters into the underground street when all of a sudden it was illuminated. And when Caroline looked closely, it wasn't through electric bulbs, but fire torches which were being conjured out of thin air by Nubeous.
In no time, her grip around Morpheous tightened, and she turned towards him.
"We can still run away now/ There is still time. You sure this will…"
"Caroline! You promised you will be strong. I need this…" His eyes gazed deep into the blue of hers. "I need this…"
As they walked even further, Caroline saw another strange looking man, standing next to a large stone slab, which looked dated.
"Who is he?"
"My brother, Oberon."
"The one who was …"
"Inside Dr. Gavin? Yes… that's right." Said Morpheous and greeted the man standing in front of him.
"Long time brother!"
