As Nubeous slowly walked out of that room, he felt like he had left a part of his soul inside.
'What was this strange feeling?'
'Was he drawn to her?'
Conflicted, he kept walking till he reached the main hall. The entire crowd was celebrating, dancing to the tunes of the music, but he was feeling hollow from within.
But all of a sudden, he felt a tap on his shoulder.
"Brother!"
"Oberon!" He exclaimed as he turned back.
"What took you so long?"
"Nothing…"
"What happened? Why do you look…"
But interrupting his words, Nebulous muttered, "She is convinced that he is dangerous. Whatever doubts she had, I cleared it up."
