"Dr. Caroline!"
Morpheous could barely whisper over her lips.
"Shhh… Just Caroline… Just Caroline." Her hands moved up and mussed his hair, and her lips traced along his chiseled jawline, outlining, remembering.
"Was it wrong of me to expect a proper goodbye Morpheous?" She asked and slowly rested her face on his chest. She knew it was wrong of her, but she wanted this, this ache that his touch brought in, along with a strange comfort. A calm amidst the storm. Something that only he could provide her with.
"I am sorry. I really am." She could feel him turn his face towards her as she felt his warm, ignited breath warming her cheeks. But when she looked down, out of haste, he dropped his hands, resting them next to his thighs.
'Why do you have to be so uptight Morpheous?'
