The morning sun was shining in all its glory. The distilled beam of gold started scintillating on Caroline's pale white milky skin and made her twitch her eyes, but in the next second, someone shielded her from them with his palm.
'He is still here.'
Nevertheless, Caroline woke up and found his amber eyes looking at her fondly. Startled, she coughed and then sat upright, but her eyes drifted to his thigh.
"Shit! I am so sorry," she muttered and quickly pulled out a few tissue papers from her bag and started wiping out the tiny pool of drool on his trouser.
"It's ok!" He tried to block her, but she had already started rubbing. But instead of wiping it, she made it even worse, as tiny bits of paper started getting stuck on the surface.
"I made it worse, didn't I?" And she started fidgeting with the remaining paper in her hand.
