Seeing the worried eyes of Hana's mother, Morpheous felt like telling her that everything was alright with Hana for a moment. That the marks on her fingernails had disappeared because her heart was able to pump enough blood. But he refrained.
"What are you saying, doctor? What miracle? Is my daughter going to be all right?" Hana's mother asked again with desperation.
"I can't say anything as of now. I need to see the imaging results. We will contact you as soon as possible!" And Caroline gently tapped on her shoulder and walked towards the imaging room.
He breathed a sigh of relief and followed behind her.
