"Wait a minute!" Eryk interrupted her, panicked, "You said Gaea was coming home?"
Lola nodded once, "I'm sure he won't stay silent seeing Gaea being taken away by Kervyn, so how about you try to contact him, Eryk?"
Without being asked, Eryk had already done it, he quickly called Alex's cell phone.
There was a moment of silence.
It's a pretty good hint, Alex's phone is on, meaning Kervyn didn't ask to turn it off.
"Come on, pick up your cell phone, Alex," Eryk muttered anxiously.
[Hello? Eryk? You are okay?]
Eryk breathed a sigh of relief hearing Rainer's voice answering his phone, "I'm fine. How about you, Rainer?"

Wait a minute ...
"Where, Alex?" Eryk asked again.
A deep sigh was heard from across the phone.
[Yes, me and Alex are fine. We're in the hospital right now.]
