The meaning of the word is a person or their conduct being characterized by or showing a lack of shame, barefaced or brazen. Knowing that definition the real question would be, " was Rui Fei shameless or not?"
I mean he could have changed directions when he followed behind so he could reach the ground at a reasonable distance away from Ji Yao? Yes ..... maybe. I guess if he could control his momentum he could also control his direction of fall.
Well, did he think of changing directions? Probably not. As a lovestruck fool, his IQ was already low enough when it comes to everything to do with Ji Yao. His IQ would go offline with a 404 error. Let's just conclude that this was accidentally on purpose.
