Shaco touches down at the top of the Mayor's Mansion in Aste despite all Kaylin's protests. His claws scrape off a bit of the fine roof tiles and startle the many guards set out on attention.
I grin down at them and descend, tendrils easing me onto the ground as I applaud, "Very good, brilliant response to a threat!"
Upon hearing my voice the wiser guards set their weapons down and help the unfortunate ones see sense. Within a moment the guards gathered to fight against the flying beast line up and salute me.
I smile and pat the shoulders of those nearest to me and look up to Kaylin and the Diviner who struggle to get off Shaco.
"What's going on here!" A woman yells, marching out with another troop of men, and a familiar face.
My smile only spreads at the sight of her and my arms widen for a hug, "Hastra! Juri! Good to see you two!"
Hastra's eyes widen behind her glasses, her mouth drops and Juri stops walking to fall on his knee.
