Perhaps her soft green eyes and gold luscious hair was one of the reasons, although she has a short cut and round eyes that make her appearance younger than her actual age. Raiene still seems to have found a shadow of her mother lingering on her, a smile always manages to plastered her face whenever she stares at Daisy, deep down she knows she doesn't want to deepen their relationship.
Raiene turned her head to the person beside Daisy, it's been two months since the last time she met him. Though Cora had relayed his message to her, he ended up not being able to come at all.
Not that Raiene had been waiting for him. She finds his appearance as a lukewarm existence that he once helped her and accompanies her along the journey to Ertellib. That's all. Which is why she found him eating the stew with both his cheek slowly reddened and struggling to swallow as a peculiar and unexpected view to witness.
