Kervan read through the letter at hand one more time, feeling his vein throbbing from rage. It took a great amount of willpower for him not to shred the letter apart and let out expletives in front of his subordinate. Complimenting himself inside his mind, he opt for taking a deep breath to calm himself and face the fidgeting knight in front of him.
"How about the King and Queen, I presume there's no problem during His and Her Majesty's stay these past two months."
Kervan decided to question his subordinate, while organising a few unopened letters above his desk. One letter from Raiene had caught his attention since his arrival inside Suttern about two months ago, apparently it had been left inside Suttern since the Lantern Festival. He had decided to finish up his task before reading her letter, who knew it would take him months to even have time to organise his desk.
