"Sphere of justification"
A green liquid flowed out from Gotang's hands and shot forth towards Lobo. It formed into a green bubble that protected him from the attack of the demon. Gotang smiled, content that the vice leader, his friend, was protected.
He looked at the incoming black sludge towards his heart. He had no way to dodge this as he prepared for his death. The members of the Defending Tip was busy fighting off the zombies, unaware that their leader was in critical danger.
Gotang smiled. If this was his last breath, then he was glad his fellow members weren't there to see it with their own eyes. He knew they would never forgive themselves if they saw him die just a few feet away from them.
The black sludge hit his chest as it penetrated his armor, cutting his chest and flowing out blood. As soon as the black sludge hit his armor, it disintegrated. The violet liquid in his sword started to evaporate into the wind as Gotang felt his strength disappear away from him.
He tried to activate his armor, trying to gather the strength to stand against the demon. He can't die now. He was only a few meters away from the holy grail, the item which costed the lives of his members. He just had to endure this fight but he couldn't let out his liquid. No matter what he tried, the liquid couldn't come out. There was no liquid in his body. It was like it disappeared and he couldn't grasp onto anything.
He felt like he had lost an integral part of his body, not just a limb, not just any organ, but his source of power. The power that led him to be a pillar of strength within his community. Now it was gone like the wind and a void replaced it.
He looked up at the demon. In his forehead, veins pulsated with anger as for the first time Gotang was furious and lost his cool. He was able to remain calm throughout any of their problems throughout the journey because he was confident in himself; he was confident in his power.
"Ha.....ha...ha.....don't worry....you were...just...silenced....It....will....return.....to you.....in...one minute."
The demon looked at Gotang and smiled. This was one of its skills and it disabled Gotang's skills for a limited amount of time. The demon floated towards Gotang with its sword on its shoulders. It raised its sword and positioned to slice Gotang's head, finishing him off.
Before the sword went down and sliced Gotang's head off, Bang suddenly appeared at the front and prevented the demon to kill Gotang.

Bang watched Gotang and the demon face off against each other. He saw Gotang sacrifice himself for his vice leader, a wrong decision in Bang's eyes. Shouldn't the most important person in the group be protected more than the vice leader?
He saw Gotang get injured in the chest with blood flowing down his clothes. The violet armor that protected him disappeared as it turned into vapor and spread out into the air. It looked like it was the end of the road for Gotang.
'I urge owner to interfere with the demon.'
The system instructed Bang before the demon raised its sword. The world was like in slow motion when he heard the system speak to him.
'What?!?! Why would I do that?'
He may have thought that the most important person should be kept alive at all costs but that didn't mean he would sacrifice his own life for him. He wasn't obligated to do it and should only be done by Gotang's fellow members. He saw no benefit in interfering with the demon, only his imminent death.
'Wake Ligi back to his senses.'
'What?!?! Do I have to die to get him back to his senses?'
'WARNING! If owner does not interfere with the demon, owner will lose 1000wp and Ligi will die.'
With that kind of warning, Bang had no choice but to obey the system's orders. His body reluctantly ran towards Gotang and spread out his hands.
The demon stopped its sword just before it reached Bang's head. It looked at him and tilted its head. He was thankful that the demon stopped before he got hit and killed him instantly. His heart was beating hard as sweat poured down his face. He couldn't look at the dark void eyes of the demon, fearing it would notice his fear.
The demon grabbed Bang's collar and lifted him to meet its eyes. Bang kept avoiding the demon's eyes but it kept trying to see into the window of Bang's soul. It looked into Bang and it widened its eyes, showing a look of surprise.
"Hoh....hoh.....hoh......you.....what's an...absolute.....doing.....here?"
A look of recognition was displayed onto the demon's face. It had a combination of curiosity, surprise, and a little bit of fear.
Bang saw the demon suddenly look up to the heavens and stop moving. His eyes looked unfocused, like he wasn't aware of the current surroundings and situation.

In the demon's soul space, everything was darkness. There was nothing in here except the demon which looked bigger and more sinister than the appearance of the demon overtaking Ligi.
"Who are you?"
The demon spoke into the nothingness. There was no one beside him yet he spoke with a quivering voice. He took a step back into the endless void, afraid that whatever he was talking to was away from him.
"How did you invade my soul space?"
Then out from the darkness, a feminine figure came out with a white silk one-piece dress that showed off most of her cleavage. Her wavy black hair flowed down to her chest and her face exuded grace. Her eyes were sparkling in the darkness and showed off a mysterious intent. She had a deadpan expression, showing her soft and thin red lips. Her nose was perfectly symmetrical, the same with every characteristic in her face.
"You!!! How?!?!?! Your majest-"
The woman suddenly raised her silky white hands and pointed her fingers at the demon. It stopped the demon from continuing his inquiry and preventing him from moving, even its hearts.
"You will forget this ever happened. You do not know who I am. You will continue to invade Ligi."
The demon couldn't move and his face was frozen showing an astonished expression. If the demon could move, he would immediately kowtow and praise the woman.
After her command, the woman returned back into the darkness and left the demon to himself.

After a second of pause, Bang saw the demon shake its head and looked around. It looked unsure of what happened as if it lost a portion of his time. It tried to remember what happened yet there was nothing it could do. There was just an empty hole in its memories.
It felt frustrated because of that. A mighty being like him, a conqueror of worlds, a god among gods, was actually having trouble remembering something. It could do nothing but vent its anger towards Bang.
It lifted Bang up in the air and threw him into the ground, injuring him and dislocating some bones. It didn't feel satisfied as it continued to lift Bang up and throw him into the ground multiple time as Bang threw up blood in his mouth. He was currently feeling an insurmountable amount of pain as he regretted following his system.
"Hey Ligi, I know you're in there."
The demon didn't respond. It sneered at the pathetic attempt at getting Ligi to wake up from his dream. It knew there was no way that Ligi would voluntarily wake up from his dream, his perfect life with the perfect family. That dream was specifically created from Ligi's idealized version of his life, a life without sadness.
Bang's blood was flowing down his face as he looked the demon straight in the eyes. His sight bypassed the dark eyes of the demon and looked straight at Ligi.
"That's not real wake up! Its just an illusion."
The demon took its hands and wrapped them around Bang's neck suffocating him as more and more pressure was exerted.
"You shouldn't be...content with that!"
The demon looked at Bang with a deadpan expression. It did not care about what he was saying as the demon's grip got tighter, making him lose oxygen.
"Don't be misled.....by your...dreams.....that...isn't....your....life,....but merely...a guide.....for you....to pursue."
Bang's neck was deep red, indicating how much force the demon was exerting on Bang. It did not want to kill Bang, but merely suffocate him and torture him. If it wanted to kill Bang, it could snap his fingers and Bang would be dead instantly.
"Don't.....lose.....to...your...own...demons...Don't be afraid....of...your demons....Don't ignore.....your...demons......It's.....all....a..part.....of...you...Be....proud...of...yourself for....surviving....this...long....."
