Jack kept seeing their future in which they would be defeated, killed in the line of fire. In the future, Jack would have failed his mission to protect Yoru.
That is the reason why he did not want to try the turtle technique again. It may give them some great results, but the risk outweighed the rewards.
He could not see a future in which Ligi and Resi would be able to master the technique in a short amount of time. That kind of dangerous technique will require tons of time and practice, something which they did not have.
Once they got out of this prison, Jack would do everything in his power to help Ligi and Resi practice their technique, but for now, it was just too risky.
"It is now 2 versus 2. The tiebreaker would be with Bang."
Everyone looked simultaneously at Bang. With Yoru and Resi disagreeing with Ligi and Jack, the group was divided. The only person that did not have a clear preference was Bang.
