Liam came during lunch even though the bar was going to open at night. He joined them during lunch and he even sat beside Lily! Nobody thought anything about that since they all knew that Liam liked to tease women that caught his eyes. At the same time, they knew that he won't make a pass to Jacob's employees because that was a big NO to Jacob.
On the other hand, since Lily became aware of his presence in her heart, she was starting to get nervous around him. She ate her food and stayed silent the whole time. Her friends were having conversation but she couldn't hear any of them.
"Lily?" Victoria called out her name. "Lily, are you okay?"
Seeing the worried look on the little girl's face, Lily smiled and nodded her head. "I'm fine. I just remembered something."
Victoria didn't pry on her more but she gave Liam a sharp glare. "What did I do? Why are you getting mad at me?" Liam questioned with grievances.
