Ares had another relapse due to his fever so his family decided to send him to the hospital. His spiritual body went back to Cerulean kingdom, paid respect to the Emperor and the Queen, went to Hana's palace, took the weird scriptures and other scribbles before going back to the Mortal Realm.
He didn't take so much time at this point since it's an important matter that Hana will be found. But when he returned, he made a shameless request to his mother, knowing that she will do whatever he wanted because he was her precious son.
