Sarah Anderson and Sam, The East Wing.
I bolted down the hall with Sam still grasping my hand. I could feel my heart throbbing inside my rib-cadge. My skin felt like it was roasting under the scorching sun. "S-Sam... c-can we please slow down a bit?" I asked between short breaths. "I-I can't keep up with your pace much longer--!"
"Were almost there! It's right on the--" Upon catching a glimpse of someone's shadow movement up in the front, at our destination, Sam pushed me into a crevice that led on to a dead end.
"WOoah--!" I cried in surprise. I scuttled back until I hit my back on the wall, grunting when I smacked with the back of my head."Oof--!" I rubbed the nape of my neck, trying to send away the sharp, but short pain. "Ngh-- Sam, come on... you could at least gave me a heads up..." I whined.
"Shhh!" Sam placed his index finger over my lips, quickly hushing me, but not breaking eye contact with whoever or whatever he was gazing at.
"Why are we hiding? What happened? SAM--!?" I called his name and, in response, he fully covered my mouth with his large hand. First, I offered resistance and tried to remove his hand, but that didn't do me any good, "Hm-hm-hm!" then secondly, I tried to complain, demanding for him to let go and curse at him, but, my words just ended up muffled. "Ugh!" I crossed my arms over my bosom and sighed both annoyed and irritated.
Sam finally turned his gaze at me; he wore a serious expression."Do you have to talk that loudly? Man, seriously... Don't you see we're hiding?" He whispered and rubbed his temples with his free-hand. We remained hidden in that gap for a few more minutes. "Have you calmed yourself? Can I let go now?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
I nodded, assuring him 'I was calmer'. Of course, it was a lie. I was pissed inside! But, it was okay, right? Since it was a white lie, no?
"Very well..." He agreed, but before he let go. "Promise me you won't yell, okay?"
I nodded in agreement. Sam was so screwed, he wouldn't even know what hit him. It was going to be exactly like the day we first met!
As he removed his hand, I took a hand to my chest and inhaled deeply a considerable among of air, feeling it come in and filling my lungs. "What the hell Sam?" I yelled, despite promising not to. "You are so dead... you hear me?" I threatened him while crunching down finally catching my breath.
"Where did 'it' go...?" His eyes frankly scammed across the hallway searching for something.
"Sam, you have pushed me inside this hell-hole all of a sudden and I bashed my head onto the stone wall... I could have got seriously hurt! Are you not aware of that?" Sam continued not to pay attention to me. "What are you looking for anyway? Sam!" Being ignored like that certainly was pulling my strings. He should be apologizing to me not looking for some shadow crossing the hallway! So, I grabbed him by his green, rugged horn and pulled him down to my level still, he didn't look at me. "Sam! Look at me when I'm talking to you--"
"Don't you see I'm occupied?" He asked.
"Y-You--! You're so--! So--! Ugh! Frustrating!" I grunted as he kept his eyes on the hallway. "Sometimes you can be so rude towards someone, acting completely mindlessly of his or her feeling--" I continued to chatter on about how he was not being considerate enough, highlighting some of his greatest flaws, while Sam kept ongoing with his thing at the moment.
For a quick moment, Sam's eyes flashed open as I was having my mental break down of the week. "Shit--! We don't have time!" He grumbled under his breath. Then, turned around and grabbed me by the arm and demanded. "Kiss me."
"... you're a brute and-- Wait, what?" I blinked dumbfounded. He didn't seriously ask me that.
"Now! Hurry on! We need to look inconspicuous, she's heading this way," Grabbing my hands, he pushed me back against the wall and held me pinned down. He has been already clear enough with his words so, that was really uncalled for."I'll hide you with my body so she just thinks I'm making out with some random chick! She'll walk right past us--"
"Who's heading this way?" I asked; I was so confused. I looked over one of his shoulders and immediately spotted a dense, dark shadow of a person approaching, most likely belonging to a demon. It could pretty much be Irene. "Oh no-- we can't let her see us..."
"-- Then, kiss me already you moron!" He insisted.
"No! You're out of your mind Sam! I'm not going to kiss you! Wait-- random chick?!"
"I call you moron and, 'random chick' was the trigger word?" He asked, holding up a laugh.
"This is not funny!" I exclaimed. "What you're asking me to do is... inconceivable!"
"Sarah, we don't have time for this! It's not like you haven't kissed me before!"
"T-That... was in different circumstances!" He stood watching me uncomfortably as I stammered in embarrassment. "W-What have gotten into you!? N-No! We'll find another way!"
"Goddammit, for the sake of the disguise-- think of it as a technical kiss you see on the movies! Kiss me!" He tried to manipulate me into accepting it.
"N-No--!" I shouted, continuing to deny it. I wasn't going to do it! I was faithful to Erik up to the very end, even if that meant being caught and sent to the catacombs to be left there to rot until i let out my last breath of life.
Sam looked at the hallway and then back at me. "Enemy approaching and will be here any minute now! Our cover will be blown off!"
"T-The answer remains the same Sam -- no!" I kept my grounds firm.
Sam let out a troubled sigh. "I didn't want to have to use my abilities on you but, this is an emergency!"
As soon as he said that, I slowly began to feel an increasing desire building up in my chest, telling me to lightly depart my lips and accept his offer, even when my mind vehemently struggled and refused.
Sam placed an arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him; oh God, I was feeling things I shouldn't be. Thereafter, he shifted to the side so his corpulent, naked body could cover my frumpy frame to the fullest. He, then, gently lifted my chin up and tilted my head slightly to one side so he could fit mine without too much of a strain. "I know you're going to kill me after this so I'm just going to say in advance... I'm sorry~" He bit his lip and shrugged a shoulder.
Yeah right! You're so dead and sorry won't cut it! I thought to myself, anger boiling up. I closed my eyes and tried to control my emotions. Finally, Sam's lips lightly brushed mine. I wanted so badly to pull away, but his enthrallment wouldn't let me.
The approaching footsteps clip-clopped sharply down the rough stone hallway; high-heels? That was extremely impractical on a floor like this.
"Sarah" He whispered slowly, prolonging each letter as if he was savoring them or... I was just imagining things. "Put your arms around my neck, you need to be convincing."
"Uh... huh... o-okay..." At his request, I slid my hand through his chest and up to his neck, surrounding it the most seductively that my unconscious was able to moister. Tightening my embrace, I climbed onto my tip-toes, which seemed to have surprised him.
The footsteps became louder and louder with each step that echoed.
Our breathing mangled hotly and we stared at each other for what seemed a very long time. "I know you won't like this but I'll have to... stick my tongue in..." He explained hesitantly.
What?! No, you don't! I shivered, and a goosebump rose on the surface of my skin.
"Sorry again..." Sam whispered. Then, suddenly he moved in. He lightly swept the tip of his tongue over my lower lip and my body reacted in accordance, opening my mouth, and giving unrestricted access to it. He kept his eyes half-open, sneaking a guilty peek at me every time he came back for air.
Ugh!! Sam--! I yelled in my mind, my body seemed not to react to my commands, but nonetheless, I didn't stop fighting it with all the fibers in my being.
The footsteps stopped for a moment, more likely to take in the sigh of what was happening in that dark corner. I was with my eyes closed yet my tingling senses, were warning that the person to whom those footsteps belong, stood at an unsafe distance from us.
To my horror, his tongue slipped into my mouth like a slithering serpent. And, to my own surprise, my body responded, doing the same. He moved his hand down to my hips, sending out electrical impulses throughout my body as he pressed a little harder against me. His powerful body shook mine as if the very first time. I could feel myself grow numb by the minute and not being able to form a coherent thought. My heart decided to skip several beats, I couldn't breathe properly. I was stunned at the enthralling sensation flickering, overpowering my consciousness, at the enticing flavor of his lips; how addictively he invaded all my senses.
The footsteps sounded down the hallway and then, silence followed.
Sam broke out kiss and I was left standing there in a daze. As expected, my knees gave in and my body tumbled forward, giving him barely enough time to catch me."Woah-- you okay, doofus?"
"I-I'll be in a second--!" I mumbled, still feeling like passing out on the spot. "I'm just gonna... cry in the corner..."
"You're being way too dramatic." He sighed. "It was just a kiss."
"You say that now, but if I was your girlfriend and you find out that I had been kissed by your own brother while you were enchanted by some 'other chick', you wouldn't like it!" I said, trying to make him understand the other side of the coin.
"Yeah... point taken..." Said through clenched teeth; it was evident how hard it was for him to admit I was right.
