I am slowly losing my breath just by running through the sidewalks. The roughly placed sidewalks were located near the roads. You could get hit by a truck if you stood near the edges of the sidewalks, the mayor of this city didn't have the care of the world to fix this issue. This world is just filled with lazy individuals, in all honesty. I stared into the distance, dreaming of me getting reincarnated to another world.
I just dream me and my large group of beautiful girls lay over the comfy beds of a castle. Long haired girls just laying near me just complimenting how handsome I am. Ah, I wish that was reality. It couldn't happen to me though. That wasn't reality, of course, it wasn't. Because that never happened, and unfortunately.. never will. A lonely loser who jerks his meat to cartoon catgirls. Depending on my own imagination, sickening. As I ran without alert, I ran into a person. She fell to the ground, with her beautiful grey skirt.
Long, glistening black hair spanning over her sides. A bright skin tone. With the same color of eyes as me. My heart was pounding heavily, just by looking at her. She looked so mature and near my age. I look like a complete fool right in front of her. I just stood there in shock, while the woman stood up, she raised her voice at him while she emitted a beet red blush.
"HEY!! Watch.. where you're going!"
I quickly backed away from her, as her grey eyes widened. It was because of my appearance, wasn't it? Well, that's a shocker. She quickly rubbed her hands over her cute grey skirt and quickly sprinted away from me. Damn it, I was just one inch away from her beautiful pair.
"Look, I'm sorry!!"
The woman spoke back to me. She had a mildly deep voice, a really adult-like voice.
"Don't go anywhere near me or else!"
I slowly drew a sweat down my face. As my beating heart moved heavily.
"Okay.."
The girl hastily sprinted away from me as her beautiful black high heels tapped against the roughly paved sidewalk. Bummer, what a true bummer. She was beyond my boat though. She was beautiful, seriously. Okay, I have to admit... She is prettier than most of the catgirls in my folders. Quiet Rulon now is not the time to fall into a woman. She would probably dump me anyway.
I quickly returned back to reality and continued to walk to the store. The trees were spanning across the left side, near some houses that exceed my house's quality. The cars were driving way beyond the speed limit, literally blowing my black hair into the air. I was covered in my own sweat, slowly slithering down my smooth face. The store is just a couple of blocks away, near the entrance to my neighborhood.
There is a bush near me. I slowly ran across the paved sidewalk. This should be a shortcut that would lead to the back of the store. This is perfect! I ran through the bushes and entered a small forest of oak wood trees. The shade was blocking the sunlight, I could hardly see, the hell? The small breeze blew against the treetops as I slowly entered the exit of the small forest.
I am near the entrance of the bush, just so close to the store. My foot stumbled upon the shape of a beautiful watch. It was covered in jet black, surrounded by one number spanning over the wraps of the device. I felt a strange feeling. A feeling of power, and strength. I don't mind the feeling, It was convenient for me to find it. A little too, convenient.
"A watch? The hell is it doing over here? Someone might have dropped it, I guess."
I slowly analyzed my surroundings to see if anyone might find me stealing it. Well, there was no one here, so... I quickly snatched the watch.
[Tick, Tock.]
I wrapped it over my left wrist.
"It's a perfect fit!"
I said to myself.
I glared at the watch even closer. It tells the actual time and date! Perfect to keep track of how long I have been inside the store, just perfect. You know, I might actually keep this thing on. It's perfect and convenient. It might help me in keeping track of time.
Oh, so I was correct. The sunlight was beaming over my face, and the sight of a large stone wall filled my vision. There were two dark blue dumpsters located near the backside of the walls of the store. A solid black pavement texture spread throughout the backside as well. This was most definitely the sight of the store.
I reached into my pockets to make sure I have my money and the list with me. Of course, I had it. The line of text stretching from top to bottom, revealing basic everyday things that everyone has.
"Bacon, Rice, Milk, Cereal, Meat etc.."
Well, I now know going to the store was a waste of time. It would just lead to catastrophe nevertheless. I want to get on my laptop as soon as I can to at least try on banning my Likitten account. I quickly sprinted over the sides of the store. A modern edge and fine tip with the letters spanning over the top of the store. The sliding doors were, shut? How come? There are hardly any cars here either?! I quickly sprinted to the sliding doors that lead to the inside of the store and what revealed to me, bummed me out more.
'We are closed due to a shortage of stock. Please, come back again tomorrow at 6:00 am!'
I couldn't believe my eyes.
"Tomorrow?! I'm gonna starve if I don't eat today?!"
I slowly walked away from the empty lot of the store as an abnormal amount of cars all lined up towards the right street, leading to the highway. I could hear extreme honking and scream from the very distance. What was that all about?
No time, Rulon. Let's get to unbanning the account. I hastily nodded and sprinted back to the bushes that lead to the forest. It was oddly silent when I exited out of the shortcut. Not a single car was parked. Not a single soul was outside at this moment. I slowly tilted my head and continued to sprint on the sidewalks.
"Come on! I need to unban my account! I'm so close to unlocking something!!"
My chest is hurting, heavily when I sprinted across the empty street. The watch was gripped onto my wrist extremely tight. As the two hands of the watch slowly moved, second by second. I noticed that not a single light was on, inside the houses. Not a single soul. I gazed in front of myself and continued to walk across the sidewalk.
Suddenly a large gleaming red car sped across me at abnormally high speeds. My shirt blows against the breeze of the speed. The red car was honking loudly as it sped into the distance.
"Have you ever seen the speed limit?! Watch where you're going!!"
The color of the sunlight beamed over my head as I gradually came to a stop as I lost my breath. I was a few blocks away from my house, just a few meters away from getting my account unbanned. I slowly walked across the sidewalk, as I ignored the unusual actions that happened in front of me. It was a clear day. With not a single puffy cloud in sight. Perfect for playing outside. The temperature is warm, and the air quality was incredible. I stopped myself near the edge of the sidewalk as I caught my breath.
"Why is everyone gone? Why are cars like that? Some sort of stupid meeting? Yeah probably. I guess business is better than someone else's life."
I slowly took a deep sigh and my grey eyes stared across the street. Staring into space, losing all focus on his surroundings.
"It's too silent on this type of day. Everyone's gone, or at least they are all lined up to leave the city. What did something bad happen?"
A roar across the sky echoed. I quickly tilted my head and saw a large white streak spanning over the bright blue sky. I could hear a siren blare from the distance. I squinted my eyes to see what was going on, and to know where that white streak came from. And then, I saw it. The sounds of a ticking clock filled my mind. Echoing over my mind, as I gazed at the object. A large grey jet plane soars across the sky, with the sight of a small object slowly falling down.
[Tick, Tock.]
[Tick, Tock.]
"Oooo, this wearer is really pretty~"
"What, who said that? And why am I hearing ticking sounds, what the hell?! This is too weird for a day-"
"Aww, it seems like the pretty little boy is confused. How about I Introduce-"
A bright light blinded my vision, as a large shockwave blasted across the ground. A large roar shocked the sky as I saw a giant mushroom cloud fade into the distance. I'm lost, but as the light blinded me, the giant mushroom clouds rose into the air.
I couldn't hear anything, and I couldn't see anything. After a few seconds, I am now laying on my bed, with the laptop shut completely. I felt the same and I remembered everything. That felt too real. But I guess, it was a dream? I slowly stood up from the bed and bent down.
The jet black watch is still there, wrapped around my wrist. With the numbers, ninety-nine wrapping over the edges with a purple hue.
"W-What's going on?"
