Through the window, you can see Red and golden rays are intervening with each other and formed a beautiful sunset. But the resident of the room is snoring peacefully but not for too long.
Peter woke up from sleep when he heard knocking on the door. When he opened the door, he was greeted by a young man wearing a butler outfit and informed him about dinner.
After a little bit of fresh up, he follows the bruce (butler guy) and enters the dining hall. After eating, he chats a little bit with Inn Owner, named Wayne. Even though he doesn't know what it is, peter felt something is wrong with their names.
After returning to his room, he thought for a moment and decided to attend the party without hiding his appearance (Treasure Hunt). Actually, he thought about hiding his appearance when entering town but after some serious thinking, it seems that he is worrying for nothing. Even though he is the prince of the empire, many people even in the upper echelons of the empire don't know his face as he never appeared in public or private meetings after his 10th birthday, except for some. His life changed forever from that day onwards.
****Flashback****
After enjoying the party, he was called to the throne room. He went there and saw his father is sitting alone with no one around. He has black hair and beautiful sapphire-colored eyes with a heavy built, having height around 6.2ft's and age of 47 years. After seeing his son, he spoke;
Emperor (Alexander Amberford): "As today you have attained 10 years, you can wish for anything but only one?" He said with a smile. He doesn't favor any of his sons and treats them equally, that is why he is only present here, without his first or second wife.
Peter: " I want to the enter forbidden room in the royal library!" He exclaims happily but someone is not happy as him though.
Emperor: "....." He wanted to refuse but he knew his son very well that he will come up with every possible trick to make him accept. Even though the forbidden library holds secrets of past events, it is necessary for the heir of the throne to know those events between the northern and southern hemispheres.
Emperor: "Ok. You may go but only one hour."
Peter: "Thanks, dad." And started running towards the library, with a token in his hand. Actually, peter doesn't care whether his dad emperor or not, he loves his father. So, he doesn't care about formalities when they are alone.
Emperor signs and a smile forms on his face after seeing his son's leaving figure. Love is a luxury for the Royal family, especially between brothers. But at least one of his sons got his trait of having a good heart. You can be cruel to enemies but not to family members. Always leave some leeway for them.
Peter enters the forbidden library with a token and started inspecting the recordings and reading some of the past events. After a few readings, he was dumbfounded that the world is truly so huge and there are so many superpowers above level - 10.
After a while, he found an orb, a memory orb, he knows them and used them a few times. These things are used for memory transmissions. After concentrating his mana he received a memory related to a cultivation technique. In memory, a male voice explaining things about how to start the technique. But the most important aspect is that your present cultivation will crumble down and you have to start anew.
After a bit of hesitation, he started practicing the new cultivation technique. First, he felt his mana is getting emptied and severe pain all over his body. He collapsed on the floor and started screaming but there is no one to hear. After a while, he recovered a bit and sat straight. He checked his cultivation level, it is empty as it is said. He immediately practiced the technique but he felt no mana in his body. He tried desperately but to no avail. After regaining some clarity about the situation, he realized that the one-hour time limit is elapsing, so he escaped from there as not to be found out by his father. If he found that his cultivation is crippled he will face some dire consequences. He rushed towards his room and locked himself. He tried to cultivate again but only to feel pain all over his body. He decided that he will think about it tomorrow and forced to sleep, but sleep became a luxury to him now.
After a sleepless night, he got up from his bed with bloodshot eyes. Immediately, he tried to cultivate but the result is almost the same. Almost, but not the same as yesterday, he can sense mana in his body lightly and the pain eased a bit.
****Present****
From that day onwards, his rigorous cultivation started and his interaction with the people around him also stopped totally, that is why his first brother also mostly don't focus on him as he thinks peter is a cultivation maniac and that is also one of the reasons his relation with his fiancée is not so good. He became a 12th level expert when he is in 17 years old. Now he is close to 19 years and the cultivation breakthrough to level – 13 is also approaching.
After a brief flashback, peter thought about his mother and younger brother, his mother must be worrying about him, even though she might know he is alive she doesn't know anything other than that. His brother must be struggling with the first brother's schemes. Probably the entire royal family thinks that he is dead or captured by someone. Probably his mother thinks, he is alive as he has a Life Crystal with him, which was given to him by her. Life crystal comes in two parts when someone with a life crystal dies the other part will crumble down. So usually they are given to mercenaries and soldiers. At most, it indicates he is still alive, but they too have loopholes, so it's not dependable in severe situations.
Peter heaved a sign and started scanning his surroundings to find the mayor's house. After a brief search, he found it and teleported there after a few blinks. It's time for Treasure Hunt.
