Zara sighed, she would possibly never know what went on in Ryan's mind and why was he so weird. She had finished both Marcy and Jason's assignments and was wondering how to kill time.
Drumming her fingers on the table, she looked around trying to find something to do. She didn't like to sit idle, but somehow she was uncomfortable to see him whenever she walked in and out of the kitchen. True he wasn't even looking up from his phone, but just the sight of him sitting there and staring at his phone irked her.
What did he want? Why would he just waste his time sitting alone when he rambled about having better things to do?
Zara played with the pen nervously, trying to decide what to do next. As usual, Mrs. Jones had left the keys with Zara so it was upon her to ask the loitering customers to leave and close the doors. Her eyes flitted to the wall clock, it was nearing closing time.
