I hugged my mom goodbye as I go to Toku High school. It's my first time coming to this school so I am very nervous.
~Time Skip~
I said," Hello. My name is Angelica Hyo. (He-yo) The teacher said," We are happy you are here. You will make a lot of friends in this school. Hopefully." Hopefully? Great now I'm even more nervous! I wonder what he meant though.
I was trying to make friends but everyone just ignored me. It's weird. I suddenly felt this uncomfortable presence. "Is someone spying on me?" I thought. I continued walking ignoring the uncomfortable presence. The school bell rung whch scared me half to death. The students ran me over saying " Lunch, Lunch, Lunch!".
?" Hey come over here!" I said,"Me?" ?" Yeah. You silly!" I went over there and sat at their table. I hope this goes well. I said," Ok. I like to-" ?" You are officially our friend!" Wait wha-. I didn't even get to introduce myself. ?" I'm sorry. I already know you just by looking at you. I'll exlain later. My name is Batelya.(But-ill-ia) Butta what?
I said," Is it okay if I call you Elya for short?" Batelya said," Sure!" ?" I'm Gerold." Finally, a normal name. Batelya said," And the guy behind you is Arlo."
Guy behind me? I turned around and he was right next to my face. Wayyy to close bud.
Arlo said,"H-hey. Mind if I sit next to you?" Dude, Your already sitting next to me. I looked down and up trying to tell him that he's already next to me. He didn't get it so I just said sure. Gerold said," Sorry about Arlo. He's shy sometimes." I just laughed. They all looked at me like I was some sort of crazy person but I just ignored it. Then they started laughing.
I'm glad I have friends on the first day of school. I'm starting to feel like I could actually fit in, in this school.
