Chapter 10 - PART:8

Sam's P.O.V:

I'm noticing for a few minutes now that Isabella is so quite as she's always been a talkative person specially when she is with someone she knows well like our friends, family and of course me! But I know why she's like this. She must be missing her parents as our wedding is getting close and close. And it's going to be a big day for her. It's going to be a big day for me too but I will have both of my parents and my sister. But Isabella? She'll have no one to be a part of the day that means a lot to her. I never got a chance to meet her parents as they died when Isabella was 4 years old and I, well I was 6 at that moment. I can't even imagine my life without my family and worst, losing them at such a young age when all you do is play and be oblivious to problems. And her losing them at that age must be horrible!! She did have those nights where she'll wake up screaming and crying, calling for her parents to come back. Believe me, the sight was always so heart breaking but I always made sure to stay with her and help her through all of it. After convincing her to see a psychiatrist, not because I think that she is crazy or something but because she needs someone to talk to and get a proper help. She does talk to me all the time and I am and will always be there to hear her out but talking with someone you don't know, hits differently. And I'm glad that she agreed to it because it's been 2 months now that she didn't woke up from those nightmares.

I put my hand on her leg and squeezed it a bit. She looked at me and I saw tears were threatening to come out of her beautiful green eyes. But I know she'll never let them out, well not in front of everyone. I gave her an assuring smile which she returned with a weak one but I understand. I kissed her cheek and whispered in her ear, " Don't be upset baby. Never forget, they are still with us. They are watching and they are proud of you babe. And most importantly, they LOVE you always and forever". When I looked at her after saying that, she had a big smile on her face with her still teary eyes. "Really?" she whispered to me and without hesitation, I nodded and said, " Really".
