"South Africa." He smirked but it was an evil one.
"South Africa? I don't understand sir." I try to calm my beating heart that was about to burst out of its chest.
I understand leaving town was hard. And the city was a new world of its own and coming here already meant facing new challenges against life.
But moving to another country? I wasn't told that under my training! How-how-how would I cope?!
It's not about coping, it's about the very basics! how would I go so far, being all on my own? At least I had Samuel and my aunt here. Being in the city is still far from town but there was a feeling that my family was still close by but going a hundred miles away meant I couldn't meet my family whenever I wanted. It meant I was a hundred hurdles away, I was dependent upon fair transport, government, sea, and land.
This was impossible. I can't even imagine going so far, plus all alone.
